Received call at 7:30.  Thick accent (Indian?) asking for someone (unknown person name) to call them back at this number. Caller ID showed: 00000000000

He also gave a social security number (not mine). I have had these same calls before but from a different location / number. I suppose it's some group of scam artist. The other time it was traced to some stolen loan company records. The scammers were  calling the people that had loans and demanding money or they would have the police come out and rest them. Total BS.  I laughed at them and told them come on by. (the scammers) They had the same accents but I believe they were from some place other than NY. I kept calling him back and harassed him.

I just received a call from the same number and a male with a thick Indian accent stated that he was calling in reference to the debt of another individual and also stated he was from ATF. Oddly enough, he gave the name of an individual I once worked with. I advised the caller that I was going to conference him in with the police and he hung up and would not accept any further calls from me.

BEAWARE!!!! They obtained both my name, number and the name of my co-worker by fraudulent means so they have access to some type of database.

Third time in 9 months claiming my name and ss# have been used and I am going to jail because someone is using my name and social sec. #.    All calls are males with heavy Indian accent.  They know my best friends name and phone number. They try to threaten you.  They yell and sound off balanced.  Beware!

I am receiving calls from a Sam or Pam Jackson at work and at my parents house.  They keep talking about a federal investigation.  The university of wisconsin madison has a law department for anyone who needs help with this matter.  Give them a call they will file a law suit if enough people come forward about the harrassing calls.

Colleague received a call at work stating that he needed to reach me, that it was an emergency, that I would recognize his name and should call him immediately.  I've never heard of him(Tony Prince) have no intention of calling him back long distance.  My colleague said that the caller id came through as 00000000

I am so grateful my suspicions have been confirmed. I have had several phone calls from different area codes  including this number and not limited to California area codes all males speaking broken English stating my last 4 of my social security number, possible law suit, huge fines and ofcourse possible  warrants for my arrests! LOL :) Now, as far as I am concerned, there is only 1 real problem I don't like about these people with broken English. The problem is DISREPECT. If you visit another country  ie vacation, business trip, honeymoon etc Great! If you are going to LIVE in the USA it is RESPECTFUL to learn our Language which happens to be ENGLISH!!!!! If I am offending anyone, GOOD!!!! Because these people offend more Americans who speak Fluent English!!!! These people expect us to be compliant to their needs and religious beliefs YET  GOD Forbid someone says Amen or I Love Jesus!!! to these people who do NOT give RESPECT To A Nation called America that Does NOT Have To Bend Over And Take It. These People Need To Learn RESPECT IS EARNED NOT GIVEN! These people Do not have my respect. Their needs and beliefs do not supercede My GOD Given Rights, needs and beliefs!!!

I just received a message from s/o with a heavy accent informing me that I will be sued and my license will be freezed if i do not call them back. just based off of the message alone I knew it was a scam but I called back anyway and kept getting a recording. Something told me to look them up on the net. Don't trust those people at all.

Got a call from a Richard Thompson. Heavy indian accent. Obviously a scam. Damn these idiots don't stop calling though. At work and on my cell. Getting freaking tired of them.

Pam Jackson left me a message (a woman with a thick Indian accent) stating that my driver's license and social security # would be suspended and blocked and my fico score debited by 65 points and I was under federal investigation for some debt.  I had just a few hours to return their call.  Said she was with ACS?

received a call from this number at my job on 2 occasions with threats to contact my employer and any references I had via paper as well as face legal actions but did reference what teh issue was within teh message that was left.  They did state they were form teh lega department of ACS. I called all of my creditors with these abbreviations and neither knew anything about this. I have not returned the call yet but may do so with a third person listening in (preferably my lawyer).

I received a call from someone that sounded like a foreigner, claiming that I had some legal action pending against me again.  The first time that they called was last week.  I told the man who has legal action against me and he gave me some company name that I've never done business with before.  I told him that he needed to send me something in writing and he claimed that he would send me an email which does not sound legitimate.  Legal disputes are always handled through the mail or in person.  These guys are obviously scam artist.  Please investigate them and arrest them!  They also called a few weeks before this from a 315-497-8584 phone number.

I received a call yesterday from a Pam Jackson 646-926-7086. When I called back and heavy accented man answered, "Hello". When I asked for Pam Jackson he asked me what number I called from. (First red flag) Then she called back seconds later to state that my SS# was under Federal investigation and my driver licenses # was under state investigation for a loan that I failed to pay back, but never stated the name of the loan company. Then she gave the phone to an Officer James Wilson who stated that I needed to pay 512 dollars or 100.00 today and the balance by the 31st of Dec. He asked for my credit card number. When I told him that I don't give my number over the phone he kept pushing to say that it was a secure call and no one but him would recieve the number. (Red flag #2) I asked him to fax me the information and I would look over it add my info and fax it back. He was very persistant in wanting to know if I could drive to a place where I could receive a fax. I am driving on my way to daycare in 6:00 traffic. He calls again early the next morning, faxes the info to my job with NO indication that the payment was going to any particular loan company and called back again minutes later to make sure that I received the fax. (pushy: 3rd red flag) So then I went online to possibly find out if the company was legit. I couldn't find anything for this ACS company!! Then I came across this information and thank God it is a scam!! If he calls back I am going to let him know I am calling the authorities and consulting a lawyer. I never faxed my info over to them....Thank God!!

how bout this one received a call 12/23/2010 after I told him the person he was looking for was not here he called me a liar & a mother f----- ,  I said what did you call me and he repeated it.  name he gave me was richard thomas said he was an officer can you believe it.  I guess he must live in Disney World...
the number he gave was 646-926-7086.  What are we supposed to do about these calls after I hung up he repeatedly called back every minute until I finally took the phone off the hook.

I want to know what I can do legally against these calls, I am constantly getting them, at least once a day and I do not owe anyone money!! I am getting very frustrated and I am tired of the calls.

This man with a foreign accent has been calling me at work for over a year now.  The number comes through as 0000000000.  I have told him I have contacted my attorney about him, but he just keeps calling.  One day he kept continuously calling back for over 30 min.  This is ridiculous.  He is calling my work number and I can't take that phone off the hook.  This scam artist needs to be punished for what he is doing, but how can we get this done?

This number comes over as a 000000000 on caller id and then its a man threatening you.. He says the last 4 digits of your social security number and says you are in a serious legal matter.. You cant understand him his english is terrible.. He calls over and over.. These people need to be stopped..

I too just received a message from this 646-926-7086. They get your information if your tried to get a loan online. These companies sale your information. That's why they have your license number social security and everything. This needs to stop because they called my work trying to threaten that they will let my employer know and everything. There needs to be some type of investigation to shop this. FBI, CIA someone!
