They left a message identifying themselves as "Research House". They want me to participate in some sort of meeting in Calgary and will pay me for my time. They have called several times. We ignore the calls.

I got the same call from a Vanessa, she spoke to my in-laws and asked to speak to me... When I called back, only got a voice mail.

I don't know how they got the number of my husband . They called his number and  asked for me. My husband thought its from our insurance company. He gave my number and they called me and introduced their company as Research House. They wanted to invite me to join in a focus group which I declined and told them im not interested.

Why do companies we trust sell clients numbers to marketing scammers?

They called and left a msg on my cell ..and they actually knew my first name...msg was that they were from the 'Research House' on behalf of the Scotia Bank ..wanting me to join in on an online discussion between March 24-26/15 and I would receive $200 for my participation...and that I could call 1-800-701-3137 x438 to confirm.
I of course called Scotia to warn them of this scam and did not call the 1-800 # back!!

I've been to a few of their focus groups and it is legit. You get between $50 and $100 per hour .

Since you are so knowledgeable, please answer the following questions:

1. Who are they?  What is their full, legal name
2. What is their legal address (no box numbers)
3. What is the address of their website?
4. What is required to get money?

We eagerly await your reply, the lack of which strongly suggests you are a shill for that phone number.

It's actually not a scam, I've participated in a focus group they were hold for the ROM on the new exhibit BLUE. You're paid for your time and input.
