Ya i just got the same call, know where its from? didn't leave a voice mail

i just got this one too...no voicemail.

Recognize this number from about a week ago. They called me again today. i called back. It rings once, then voicemail says: Optimal Communications International on behalf of Scotia Life Financial....My bank is Scotia..is everyone else using Scotia bank as well? It would be pretty weird if someone got this call, who does not bank with Scotia.

I just got it.  Didn't answer it.  If it is Scotia, I have nothing to do with them.

Just got that call - I've gotten calls from Scotia before, some from them, some from someone working for them selling "accidental death insurance" (to whom I usually say "if I die, it won't be accidental, wink wink") and then hang up.
Either way, I get TONS of calls on my phone from tons of numbers. No one just wants to be friends though.

I also received a call from this number today.  I am with ScotiaBank but I did not pick it up.

got the call today... its just a telemarketer working on behalf of scotia bank try to sell you life insurance.
These telemarkers are getting persistant nowadays

Scotia life financial is not actually part of scotiabank. They are part of a different company and of course they sell stuff. No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling they will keep calling anyways. good luck

Yes I just got the call today...they are probably calling on behalf of your bank, credit card...etc. I used to work for a company that did these calls. We called on behalf of sears, the Bay and Zellers credit card customers. Sometimes calling these people over and over again. I hated it. I lasted a month. I feel bad but I just say not interested and hang up.

yes, got the call today, it was scotia life insurance, pick up the phone if you are interested to buy some life insurance.
