Keeps calling but does not leave message. Called back number but no one answers.

It's a Lowlife Scamer from oversea.
Lowlife Scamer think thay can have my money that i work for.
I did call the Police and the R.C.M.P..
I did get a from this number 800-847-2999 then this number 674-436-1324

scotiabank calling you for your "free" life insurance. I have now blocked this number and NINE OTHERS from calling my phone!
Irritated beyond words.

I am also "Irritated beyond words". For a Bank to sell its clients phone# to a second party like Optima for the purpose of selling Insurance and allowing it to continuously call on different #'s after they have been blocked (a sure sign that the client doesn't want to talk to you) should be criminal, and will soon result in losing this customer and his 6 different accounts. Not that I think it will stop these calls now that they have my number and probably access to my financial records and personal info. But I will at least have the satisfaction of knowing that they will lose their existing revenue stream from me. I think all Scotiabank customers should angrily express their dissatisfaction to Scotia Bank about this issue.

Got a call from 647-436-1324, then read the above comments, and then blocked the number. Imagine, paying monthly insurance to indemnify Scotiabank from loss!  What a joke.

Yep, Their selling either insurance or credit.  I blocked them a month ago.

Just got a call from this number at 17:42pm on December 14th 2016.  I looked at the Call Display (on my main phone) - was waiting for another call.  Went out to my old answering machine/cordless phone that has Call Display but hard to make out the full number.  I waited but when the answering machine kicked in they just hung up.  My number is an UNLISTED Landline.  Does this GARBAGE ever end ????

I got a call from this number. A female person named Natasha Clark, claimed that it was a courtesy call from Scotia Bank. She tried to sell me life insurance and accident/critical injury insurance. She said that I could get $100,000.00 critical injury plus$5000.00 Accidental as well as $200,000.00 life insurance all for $28.29 per month and that they would deduct it from my bank account. When I explained that I don't have an account with Scotia Bank, she stated that the monthly deduction didn't have to come from a Scotia Bank account, but rather could come from any bank account.
I told her that I don't buy stuff over the phone

Received a call from this number with no message left; called back to an automated answering machine for Optima Communications International, a marketing company. Only option to leave name and number to receive a call back. Checked their website and phoned their head office phone number, which is different. Spoke to operator there and had my number removed from their data base for all their clients.

This number keeps calling and I'm very freaking annoyed

This # keeps calling - as not recognized by call display we elect not to answer - never leave any messages

Called the number back and it's Optima Communications. I called the Toronto head office (416-581-1236) and spoke to reception. You just have to ask them to remove your number. It takes 30 days to take effect though. Receptionist was very friendly and apologetic.

lucky for me I check online and didn't even answer the call.

Now number is linked to a new job-scam and leadwaystaffingltd.com website and says after carefully reviewing resume you are selected for a $4,500/month admin job in <your city> (seriously-they didn't even bother to insert my city name) and to call the number for an interview. How do they say they read my resume? I haven't had a resume in decades! Look at this!>>>>>>>
