Ontario Choice Windows and Doors is the OGM when you call back.  No message left when they called.  The displayed caller id name (and number) is the phone number 647-827-1065

I registered my phone number with the Federal Do-Not-Call list when it first started up.  Fat lot of good it's done.  I get at least as many calls as ever.

Just hung up the phone as she started into "...Ontario Choice Windows...".

I'm in Canada and they call here as well.....and I'm registered on the Do Not Call list as well.  
In fact I get more calls now than I did before I registered.

Given that 647 is an Ontario area code within the GTA, and that the company seems to be called Ontario Choice Windows and Doors, I think it's funny that you are surprised that they call "Canada as well"...

I got a call from these guys for the 4th time after I registered in the Canadian do not call list.

So today I filed a complaint against them and I encourage all that have registered to make a formal complaint and put these losers out of business.

I have reported them on the Do Not Call list, I suggest everyone does the same if they are on it.. if you're not sign up! it's free and easy. There's a 30 day waiting period from the time you sign up, but the calls do decrease if you get a lot.

I find it strange that the name "Ontario Choice..." didn't come up. (see below)

Well most of u people don't come to think that maby it's the crtcs fault? They called me and when I told them I was on the crtc and I called to complain they told me that it's a problem
on their end. Another thing if u don't like phone calls after 8 unplug your phone? Don't pick it up? Another thing telemarkting isn't a crime it a way of advertisment. And it proves to be mor sucessfull then many other ways. I say stop crying and unplug your phones if u don't lie telemarters.

I have submitted an email through your website, complaining about your CSR's. I figured I would email you directly as well. I am wondering if you condone CSR's calling over and over a phone number that is registered on the National Do Not Call List? I also wonder if you would condone a CSR from calling again once they are notified that the company is being reported to the CRTC, for not adhering to the law?

I find it utterly disgusting wih how your CSR's have acted, particularly "Fred" and "Mike".

I do hope to hear back from you and I really hope that you were unaware until now of how your CSR's have been acting. However, if you simply google your company phone number you will see that I am not alone, and your company is getting a worse and worse opinion.

knowing that the marketing business is a 30 billion dollar a year industry is directly affected by the CRTc's DNCL and 100's of thousands of student jobs are affected by this DNCL does that affect you at all in thinking otherwise then just sitting on your computer and reporting companies that are trying to employ and pay taxes. Knowing that the world is in a rescetion. Think about it this way what if you were working as a marketing agent at a call center or a mail advertiser or whatever, is this DNCL worth loosing your job over that pays you 40K+ a year and makes sure you can keep your home? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! makes you think twice doesn't it.?

Oh BTW Simply giving your CS3 Number that they are calling (take in mind these are mostly computer dialed calls, so numbers arent visible) will most definatly ensure that your number is going to be removed from any such lists.

They called around 8:30pm, almost woke up the baby (but not quite).  The person on the other end was conversing with someone in his office, then mumbled his sales pitch for "free estimate for doors" once he realized I was on the line saying "Hello?  Hello??? HELLO?!?!?"

I hung up because I didnt want to be rude and I was going to lose my temper
