I too have been getting calls from this number. They actually left a message. It was all garbled and unintelligible. The call display on my phone read 'ocs'.

just received a call from the same number 1 647 856 9696 . After I asked him who he was he said he was going to f..k my mother and daughter and wife and stick his dick in my  etc etc. Now tell me is this not a threat. Do we have to put up with this. And yes  he did have a very broken English. Are these calls coming from India or Pakistan.
using star 69 gives back a bad number so I have to pay Bell for that. Unbelievable they are getting away with this.

just got a call from this number a duct cleaning company.  I told them I was on the national do not call list and i was going to report them.  Caller "sam" became abusive and told me to go f myself and called me a f'ing [***].

annoying as crap and uncooperative. I told him to remove me off the list and he just ignored me and rambled on about something! This number should be disconnected!!!

different incoming number, same freaking thing... probably happens about 5 or 10 times a week

Got a call. Asked who it was and they automatically hung up.

I got the number and called back. It said the number is not signed.

To those people who have reported that the caller threatened them, have the calls continued?

Called me twice tonight within 20 minutes. Hope he finds a new hobby soon.
