Survey from Customer Care for Rogers for calling business centre

I just received a phone call from this number... dead air... when I called it back, it beeped like it was not a registered number

I just missed this call, so called it back, no ringing, just dead air. x 3

I had this call me

Called me earlier today. I called back and it said that they are SQM, a company that does customer satisfaction surveys for larger companies in regards to a recent a recent call to Rogers.

Called me twice today to do a survey

This number just called me after I talked to someone from rogers yesterday . It's SQM they just wanted feedback on customer care. If you have an iPhone you can block then so they won't call back :)

This number from Ontario called me twice today and there is no one there when you answer and they leave no message when you miss the call.  I don't know were they got my cell number from but I hope they loose it!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds logical. However, they call, you answer and there is no response. I hate automatic dialing systems.... I hate being called by robots. I will have mine to answer them.

J'ai recu un appel de ce numéro aujourd'hui mais je n'ai pas pu répondre.  Étant donné qu'aucun message n'a été laissé, je n'ai pas pu rappeller non plus.  Ceci dit, il se peut fort bien que ce soit un appel de Rogers puisque j'ai communiqué avec eux hier après-midi pour un éventuel rehaussement d'appareil et une demande de service via Genius bar.  L'appel provenait de l'Ontario.

They called me today saying they are from SQM knowing I've called Rogers yesterday and asked for a survey. I did the survey with them.

this number called me 3 times today! But no message.

other posts state call back as a result of contact with rogers.....not in this case,      I have never called rogers

i agree. customer satisfaction. i called rogers for an  account issue yesterday.

Yeah and I received my bill from Rogers and they charge me for those calls!

Received missed call from 6479302869, the number was masked with "Rogers" name, when i called back i heared automated message from SQM.
