these idiots have called three times in two days , they are too stupid to understand the words DO NOT CALL BACK.  calling on behalf of the government. I don't think so tim. telemarketers should be pushed in front on a moving bus. My phone that I pay for is for my use to make calls not for scum of the earth telemarketers to call me when I am busy doing stuff.

This is a scam, they are posing as Hydro Saving Plan something to sell some device that plugs into outlet to save electricity. Beware !!

Called 3 times within a couple of days. Posing as Hydro Saving Plan to sell some device that plugs into the outlet to save 40% monthly cost. Very odd, unable to understand them they try to speak English with a powerful Hindu accent. Reported the calls to Hydro they confirmed it's a scam and will look into it.

Keep calling me and not talking several times a day. I will find you.

Another call from the same telephone number and no one responded. Can the government do something about the "Do not call" list I am on or they don't care about all of these interfering phone calls.

The person identified himself as Brian Robson and he was calling from some air duct cleaning company.  Right away I told him to take me off his phone list and he still tried to do his selling pitch - so again I told him to take me off the list and that I am on the Do Not Call List.  I have reported this number to the DNCL website.

Called at 7:00... No message

In the past 3 days I've been receiving calls from this number.  They don't talk, they just hang up.

Got a call at 19h47 from this number. "Andrew Morgan" trying to sell duct cleaning services. Scam, telemarketing garbage. Ignore this number. Add it to your block list.

These people call once or twice a day selling Air Duct Cleaning or to upgrade the home security system. They don't seem to understand Do not Call Back. .... but still do.

[***] made a blank call, after like 5 seconds saying nothing after I said hello I could hear him pick up the line, then I hung up on his [***] self.

Just hung up on an Asian/Indian guy saying he was from Sky.  He wanted to know if my postcode and address was correct.  Tried to get me to do something or other through my Sky TV.  Couldn't understand a word he said, hence hanging up.   He got my first name wrong completely, then he was asking me to spell my surname out - which was starting to annoy me, so hung up on him.  The phone number that came up on my caller display was 005156973942.   If anybody else gets this number coming up on their phone, it's a good idea to ignore.   Obviously, these calls are originating from Inda !!!  Beware folks.
