650-221-9889 called an they are offering massage services with happy endings. Message says to call back and schedule and appointment now. I think I will forawrd this call to the sherriffs department since that is illegal in most parts of this country!

I got the same thing. Asked if they massaged rotwielers. Hung up. I think they were trying to get a credit card no.

Called and asked for Mrs. XXXX (wife) and when I said she is not here.....they hung up.

Got this call at 1:16 today.  Line was open at the other end, but no noise, and no one spoke, so hung up.  
Caller ID said "Cell Phone" so I picked it up knowing a number of people who live in that area code.  

They call me and try to sell me some seniors [***] alarm so is a scam [***]

I just got this call from 650 221 9889, and I just put it up and said : hello, the phone was end. I called it back, but got message as: the phone is not on service, check your number and call again.
What is the problem here? it said that this is the cell phone and I just used the call back function, how come the phone company said: this phone is not on service?
who can stop this call from this cell number?

I had a few calls from this number, every time nobody responds.

Just got a call from this #.  They hung up when I picked up.  I called back with caller ID.  They picked up and hung up without saying anything.  Annoying.

I just got a call from this number. It was a man who asked for my husband. When I said he wasn't here, he just stopped talking. Weird.

Keep getting calls from this number every few days. This time a man left a message on our answering machine, he said: Mr and Mrs (our last name). Dunno how he got our last name, but anyway I called back twice and the phone kept disconnecting after it rang for awhile. Maybe I should call back at 3 am a few times...

Keep getting calls from this number every few days but they hang up when answering machine or I pick up. I tried calling back using call return, but get telephone company message not in service.  I just don't understand how that happens if keep getting calls from this number.   I think I will do what the other writer suggests, call back in the middle of the night!!

650-221-9889 Redwood City CA - NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE if you attempt to call back - Computer-generated calls I'm sure - that is why majority of the times there is no one on the other end when you pick up - simply no 'agent' available to speak to you when/if the call goes through - of course, no voice mail ever left if you don't pick it up - calling with persistent regularity every day for weeks - when I'm lucky to get a male voice on the line - usually something about 'local contractor' or solar renewable energy - addressing by the last name - clearly found in White Pages or any phone number web search - I'm puzzled about their intentions!!! - DO THEY REALLY think they can get my business by annoying me with endless calls? Don't they know no one in their right mind would ever engage with them? Would never give them ANY information? Or do they just like to be yelled at?!

Apparently if the guy above did give this number to the sherif, it obviously did not mean anything as these scumbags are still on the loose annoying people at all time of the day and week.
