joe - 5 Mar 2007pre-recorded spanish message, no clue who/what it is. Recieved at least 2 times in past 2 months. Number is located in SAN BRUNO / CA area. When called back, rings once then recorded message of an operator says "the number you have reached is not in service" then disconnects.
