Saw it on my caller ID, and didn't know it, so I googled it.

It was a "You've won a vacation" pitch.  I hung up.

Googled this number as well. My caller ID says it from Oakland.
When I try to call it back it's busy.

I got a call from 650-284-0302 and decided to google it too (while waiting to see if they left a voicemail message)
By the time i got to this site, they left a voicemail and this is who it was from:

They did not leave a message. White Page lookup says its a unlisted land line from Half Moon Bay.

Just received a call from 650-284-0302 and the guy speaking with a heavy accent said he was from the Internal Revenue Service and had a package to deliver to our home.  I asked him what the package was, and he said it was 5 million dollars and a TV.  So, I laughed at him and hung up the phone.
