i man called me and told me if i had a lawyer then i need to have them call 650-332-4893, so i hung up and call it myself and then man asked my name and i told him then i asked him wat this was in reguards to and he said that some one had filled a suit against me and i ask him who and he said that he could talk to me that he needed to talk to my lawyer so i gave him my husbands name and number... the mans name was sean but what india man has a white mans name go figure scams scams...

Just like Sandy, I received a phone call today from an Indian man who woke me up.  He said it was a legal matter and he has been harassing me with phone calls every 10 minutes on my cellular phone.  Someone has filed a law suit against me also but will not tell me who has done this.  I was told to call Sean Roche and when I called, Sean Roche is not available.  It is a California number and I do not know how they go it and my social security number (at least the last 4 digits anyway).  I also think this is a scam and will report it to the cell phone company.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

The same thing happened happened to me as well and it is a scam I suggest since they have some of our personal informaton everyone puts a fraud alert with the credit department it's free.

I recieved a call from this number claiming to be law advocates that there are criminal charges filled against me.

an indian man called himself david miller called my cell ph and my wk and left messages saying i had better call him or have my attorney call him regarding a damn serious matter. and i had better not even think of disregarding the call. He sounds threatening and my work was not happy. I want this to stop. he did not say what company he was calling from.

This needs reported. I see that it has happened on numerous occasions.

yeah, the same has happened to me.  I told them if they didn't leave me alone, that I was going to call the police and that the call was being traced.

this came guy contacted me, i fell for it because i knew i was 4 months late on a bill i thought it was ligit he got $150.00 off me  april, may and june a total of $450.00. what he is doing to people God will stop his devilish game. i hope that i will come in contact with him again, he is a low down dirty crook.
