- DawnMessage said account frozen call this number??? I called, it rang 5 times and went to a busy signal.
- Joe| 1 replyYea got the same thing as well. I let it rang until a weird message stating extension is busy
- William replies to JoeIs this legit? I figured it was a phishing scheme or connecting to some $5/min charge in the Caymans. I didn't call the number back. I don't understand what exactly was frozen on my account. Glad to see I wasn't the only one to get this msg.
- olySame here...got the message,, called back, it rings 5 times and then goes busy tone...
- pjsinhoutex| 1 replyAppears to be a phone phishing scam to get your cell phone account number, presumably to hijack your phone. Message comes spoofed as email from your wireless carrier.

- NotGoingToFall ForThat replies to pjsinhoutexI just got that message too, it has to be a scam of some sort... good thing i googled it before i called the number
- TristaI have no Idea what this number is, I called, it rang once and went silent. Should I be contacting Tmobile to tell them about this message?
- RoosterGot the same text about 30 minutes ago. Glad I googled before return the text with a voice call. Definitely a scam or phishing of some sort. Will report to T-Mobile. Here is the exact text I received:
tmomail@tmomail.net // Plua 4:44952x Card Frozen. Please Call at 6506462651
Be aware and be careful- Caller: Unknown
- BrandonJust got this same one. Strange. I tried the "STOP" thing. Don't know if it'll work but worth a try. I won't even bother T-Mobile with this since it's just another spambot.

- chrissame here got this message called t mobile and they confirmed it was a scam
- htSame here - got a text message that says my account was frozen just a few minutes ago.
- ScottJust got the same thing.
tmomail@tmomail.net: Plus 4 Account Frozen. Please call at 650 646 2651.
Has to be a scam. Official texts from T-Mobile usually come from a 3 or 4 digit short code as the sender instead of a telephone number or e-mail address as the sender. - kikaI just got the message, and i call back they asked my 16 digit acct number.... of course i did not put it..... i want to talk to a customer care people but i did not have the option. If the bank wants to contact me .. i would be via email or directly to my home phone number!
- NicoleYeah I got the same thing today! I am happy I found it on here!!
- FredI got the message to call this # something about frozen acct. and others like it.
I would NOT call it back. it will verify that they (spammers) hit a live # and will continue to hit it and may even sell the list that they develop to other spammers. I see that tmobile does NOT have a solution yet.
I simply ignore the few that I have received over the years.- Call type: Text message
