This is college now they call me 6 times a day EVERY day

This person has called us 5 times so far today. 3 times a day for the last week. My husband told him he was harassing us. the man stated the # he is calling from is not considered as harassment. I just had a death in the family and have to stay close to phone. How do we get him to stop?

They Call me 7 or 8 times a day. when I ask to speak to a supervisor. Sam? hangs up. If i answer it angry they hang up. If I answer it nice they talk. College now! I hate them

Also, i should add that this person asks for Robert. There is not a Robert at this address or #. We have continued to tell the caller this and caller states he will call back in 30 minutes,

The caller says that he is from "the department of education from the US."
I told his that he is speaking with faulty grammar and that he is misrepresenting his department!
He didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about and continued rambling on about some college program for advancing my education. I could barely comprehend his accent; could have been an Indian or maybe even an east African accent of butchered English!

The phone number is most likely a calling card number that is used when calling into the United States from overseas, so no use on trying to call the number back!

I think the penalty for these telemarketers should be to have them pay the ultimate price!

I am getting calls from these guys everyday and when I answer the phone nobody says anything. I am pretty sure this is a college admissions dept and a admission's rep trying to met his/her daily call quota. The call only count for them if they get someone to answer or if a answering machine/VM to connect. Most of these college's admissions rep have a 100 or 200 calls per day quota to meet plus an enrollment quota in order to maintain their jobs. I just hate that they feel the need to use my number to help keep the national employment numbers down. When you call this number back there is a recording that states "your voice box is full, thanks for calling" how interesting. I will be filing a complaint with my state's Atty General"s office. I hate this form of marketing by "BIG company's that hide behind the walls of admissions and auto dialers by threatening their employees' job security and forcing them to dial consumers that have no interest in their services and have not requested to be contact. Company's are so greedy for shareholders profits that they will sell anything to anyone for a $$$. The world no longer has privacy as long as profits rule. Very sad.

I also get no less then 5 to 7 calls a day from these non-english speaking morons....saying they're from government education....I asked from WHAT COUNTRY?....he got mad and hung up.....all other calls after I answer, when he comes on saying something like "hello" I blow a air whistle in his ears....maybe after the cob webs clear he'll get the damn message.....

I get 6 calls each day from them, I answer the same way every time " Hello, this is Randall" and they promptly hang up each time. I have not got someone to answer me yet. If I try and call the number back, it obviously goes nowhere, I get no message, no recording, no answer.

They call me 8-10 times a day! I asked them to remove my number but they don't listen. Now they call me and keep the phone down...8-10 times a day! This is ridiculous!

I have received 9 calls from this number just today before noon. Everyday I get calls and no answer. Not once has a person said anything. It is getting rediculous. I hear noise in the background for 5 seconds then hang up.

These FN MORONS have called me 11 times in 45 minutes, i have asked them to stop calling, today i put them on the do not call registry, my next step an attorney.

8 calls from this person. when he finally answered, it was some indian sounding guy asking me for my facebook id, twitter id and email address... he said his name was detective daniel and that my husband needed to pay him $1000 so he could continue to follow me. he said he tailed me in the mall last weekend. my husband and i never left the house last weekend. how do i get them to stop calling and make sure that they don't have any personal information on me (i did NOT give them anything over the phone when he asked.)

These [***] are calling me everyday speaking in a terrible voice saying do I remember them I have told them to STOP calling me and the jerks keep calling back.  Like I have time for this.  
How dare they be so rude in calling people who are busy at work and have plenty of helpful things they are working on for others when these people have nothing better to do with their time but call and harass others.

This is RIDICULOUS this guy calls up to 9 to 10 times a day and i want it to stop i have no clue why but person on the other end  does not speak proper English and on top of that he constantly hangs up!
