This person keep on calling me and said he's from Capital One Bank and offer me a $5000 Loan I think he's full of crap.  If anybody else got this phone call how do I stop him from calling me

I keep getting the same call from this guy saying he is from Capital One bank
When I asked him to send me a contract via email he doesn't
I think this guy is full if crap and it's a scam

claiming to be from Capital One Bank.  Big scam.  

This person actually stole money from me. Stated he was from Capital One bank. Said I was approved for a loan. something I was actually applying for. Never got the funds after they told me they were transfered into my account. Everyone needs to report these people.

Person claim to be from capital one bank to make sure I deposit 175.00 Ibank before I can get ,1,500.00 dollars, its a Scam.

Just received a called and they left a voicemail.  Message stated they were from Capital One Bank that my application was accepted and I qualifed for a loan up to $5,000.00 -- never applied for a loan. Caller needed me to return his call which I will not do, but will keep a the voicemail on record to report to authorities.  Thanks for posting this number as a scam.

This is a big scam.The guy name david consider himself as a funding officer stole my money.Dont trust them.They are scammer

A man named David Johnson called me. He had all my info and told me my loan was ready for direct deposit into my bank account 775.00. Later, no loan. Upon calling him back, he tried to make up a story. There was a block on my loan due to tax purposes, and if I paid the taxes, my loan would be released. This was told to me by his partner in crime who said he was from the legal dept of Capital. On big scam. If you too were robbed by these scammers, notify the local police where your robbery took place. They will be investigated. I was instructed to do this. I also notified the BBB and the attorney general's office. I won't take being scammed lying down. Let's get this clown to pay for his wrong doing.

Advance fee loans are illegal period.. And in some states, payday loans are also illegal.
