It is the Butler Center doing a follow up to anyone that was recently in Center City MN for any length of time!  Bill W says hello!

Woke us up at 7:15 this a.m.  Caller ID only says HCC.  I'm curious if this is another branch of the American Cancer Society, who we've told to put us on their DO NOT CALL list numerous times.  Instead of the ACS calling from Seattle, WA, we get calls from AICR, Cancer Research in D.C.  I complained about them.  Now want these callers to give a full name ID AND stop calling us.

We have never been in Center City MN nor have we heard of the Butler Center.

Dang I wish I woulda known then I woulda answered! Bill W. and I are tight! Saved my life....

Woman called at the crack of dawn, neither party she wanted was available, refused to ID herself, or the company...

Hazelden/Butler Center/Mayo Clinic perhaps?  They are calling to ask a few questions regarding your recent stay at one of these centers.  Once you are in their queue they call over and over.  Best to just answer and ask them to remove you if you do not want to participate.

This is indeed the Hazelden Butler Research Center.

FYI:  These followup calls from Hazelden are required for them to get paid various grants and subsidies from the Federal Government.  If you are unhappy with them for whatever reason, do not grant them the survey answers.  Tell them to remove you from their calling list.  They are required by law to comply with your request.

(I - for one - refused to grant them the survey to ensure those crooks don't get one penny of my tax dollars)

The Butler Center also calls family and friends, along with professionals who have been in contact with Hazelden and their programs.  Just because someone receives a call does not mean they went to Hazelden.
