yes I know I wired him $5000 through money gram and never recived the car... what can wa do to stop this creep?

I have done the same thing. I'm suppose to be getting the car today....i have been emailing him and have gotten no response. I'm worried now.

I was supposed to have recieved the car today and no response eithe I call the number but it says his inbox is full.  I have contact police in ND where he says the car is..Which car were you trying to buy? I put in for a loan and was just about to send him the money but I decided to google the phone number first and I'm glad I did.  I called and no one ever answered and the mailbox was full.  I gave him my number and he never called, only sent emails.  He was going to sell me a 1969 Camaro SS 350 for $5000.

I also entered a sales transaction and forwarded a $5,000 MoneyGram to Yahoo!Finance to purchase the 1969 Camaro.  I have had no further correspondence with the seller since sending payment.

i am in the same boat, money gram to a fax and that was the last i heard of him. he has to be stopped.        any body have any ideas

I have also been involved in this mess.  I have not sent any money but have been emailing him after I saw the ad in the local paper.  When he emailed me he said that he was in New Town North Dakota.  But I found another ad for this same 1969 SS Camero another place, and it said Mercer ND.  I decided to trace the phone number, and I came up with Ramsey County ST. Paul Minnesota.

Be advised that the name has changed again. Same scam, new name. The suspect is now using the name, David Clark (david68@live.com). If you have any contact with this scammer, please contact me.

We have had e-mail contact with David Clark at david68@live.com between 3/13 and 3/16/08 concerning the same '68 Camaro for $5800. He now indicates that he is in Toledo, OH with the phone number (567)201-4106.

I also was attemting to purchase a 1969 camaro z28 for $4,700. The was beleived to be in West Yellowstone, MT. seller was Cindy Kagen. Further investigation revealed it to be a scam via Yahoo finance money gram. She or he posted it in a local NJ paper. That's where it started. A few emails into it, I researched a few things and determine this to be just a scam. The pictures looked good, but it may have well been the Washington Bridge for sale as well...all a fraud.

Yea I Have Seen His Ad In My Towns Paper Woodridge Reporter.. (I Live In Woodridge, IL) But I Never Bought The Car, But He Keeps Sending Picutures Of It. But I Found The Orginal Listing Under Ebay Saying It Was Sold For $29,000 And If U Need More Info Contact Me @ omg_its_nate@comcast.net and the # is still the same at 567-201-4106.

and my dad said the add was in the paper for 3 or 4 weeks not known for sure. it wss in before 4-4-06 so look sometime in march or earlier. also heres a link to the ebay page where the car was

I have been in contact with a seller of a 1970 Chevelle via e-mail only as thy will not give phone #. Price seems too good to be true and they will only deal via Yahoo Finance Money Gram. pictures were sent and the car looks great however the ad was in a Virginia paper and the seller is in VT. We offered to pick the car up instead of shipping and seller refuses. I am not going to turn loose of 4000.00 without seeing the real thing first. Could this be another one of these scams that I have been reading about. Current address in Vt that appears on Yahoo Finance is 28 Northfield St. Montpelier, VT 05618. Any help would be appreciated. After reading all these complaints will not send until we find out about these other complaints.

I am also a victim of these guys Patrick Gibson. He said he is a car dealer and when I try to call the number on his post or even send him email he never answered after he took my money.
