They are like Netflix, only with magazines.  Didn'thave the time to listen to the whole deal, they haven't called me back yet.

Got a call a few weeks ago from them, I had orginally did an online registration  and  got to sign up for some magazines..  If you did your registration online they give you gift cards as well for signing up. Unfortunately shortly after placing my order I moved to a new home and never did a change of address with them, so i didn't get anything.  Luckily their 800# was on my billing statment and they replaced the gift cards at no cost.   So far I don't have any complaints, but i will report back once the magazines start arrving.

I did something online they said, but I don't remember.  Looked them up on the BBB and they have do have a  A rating, so seems legit.  I told them I don't read magazines or shop online so it's not for me. Lady was nice at least.

Signed up with this compnay 1 month ago, so far I'm pretty happy..They replaced 3 magazines that I already get that were going to expire and it was half the cost.  They do let you change the magazines when ever you want to.  I turned down the gift cards that came with them because they are ONLY FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, not in stores. I don't do any shopping online whatsoever!

Bought some magazines from them.  Lady I placed my order with was from my same hometown, small world.

Call was from The Publishers, renewed my magazine subscription.  No complaints, very professional.

Got gift cards and a few magazines for an online survey I did.

Called me to tell me Jet magazine I was getting is no longer in print, gave me a different one.  It's from the publishers.

I usually hang up on these people, they called  me last night because I registered for something online.   After 5 minutes on the phone I told them to call me back later.  I researched the company extensively to make sure it was on the up and up.  They called me again this morning and I signed up for their magazine service.  They basically let you pick your magazines month to month. Apparently they are only 1 of a few companies that offers a service like this.

I normally hate telemarketing calls and most always hang up once I realize they want me to buy something.  These people called me this morning and where one of the few calls I've ever had where everything was explained clearly and you could actually understand what they where saying!!!  I believe they have been in biz for many years so maybe they've figured out how to treat people with respect over the phone.  I didn't sign up but didn't hang up on them either.

First, full disclosure I did not sign up with this company nor have I ever been a customer.  Simply put our family just does not subscribe to magazines. I would however like to add my 2 cents on this company.  After they called me I did do some research on them just to make sure they where legit.

I was very shocked and surprised to learn that they are one of the only call center companies in the country that seeks out to hire developmental disabled individuals.  They hire these people with the intention of getting them into the workforce and giving them new skills.  They have a separate training programs designed specifically to give these people the skills they need to communicate effectively over the phone.  I was quite amazed when I found this out.  I wish more busniess would take advantage of the talent and drive some many of our special needs people have.

got some online gifts for buying magazines. Call was The Publishers.

Bought People magazine and a few others.  Caller was friendly.

called me to renew Florida Sport Fishing and Field & Stream magazine.  Got online Gift cards this time for renewing.

Had magazines from these people, moved to a new address and forgot to notify them..Called me to re-send to my new address.  Didn't recognize the number so I hadn't been answering but they finally left a voice mail.

this number has been calling us a few times over the last couple days, finally answered and it was about the online survey I did for kohls dept store.  They gave us a gift card for completing the survey and also was able to renew some magazines I already get because they are the actual publishers.

call was publishers magazine service, had them for years but told them to call back because we are not sure we want to get magazines any more.

called about my online registration. got gift cards and signed up for a couple magazines.  the guy was friendly but they called me at work.

Ordered last week called because there was a mistake on my address and everything got sent back to them, now I have to wait another week.  They did throw in a free magazine for the mistake.

Good service, called us to renew. We've had the publishers for 15 + years now.
