This number is from the Pioneer Press.  We received a subscription to the paper for a gift.  They missed 5 of our deliveries and then after lot's of calls and complaints they tried to say we owed them a renewal fee.  After arguing with them time after time, they finally cleared the "balance owed" but continue to call and ask us to subscribe.  I have been very polite up to thus point and asked them nicely to take my number off their calling list.  The last time I spoke to someone and asked again to take me off their calling list was on Sunday, they just called me again.

They identified themselves as Pioneer Press the first 3 times they tried to sell a newspaper subscription.  They were told 3 times not to call back, but continue to call every day.  They will not speak when the phone is answered.  After blocking the number and investigating, it looks like they are in Hastings, MN listed as Focal Communications Corp. of MN AKA: Broadwing Comm., LLC - MN.
