Call to my cell phone blocked by app because it was not in my contact list. On occasion I will hear the phone ring a couple of times before Mr. Number dumps the call; this time I actually heard the first few words of their pitch ("cardholder services calling...') before the app did its job.

Rachel from Cardholder Services, robocall.  The usual scam pitch before they ask for a credit card number so they can charge you for nonexistent products.  CID says "V05081600120039", a randomly generated number that always starts with a "V".

Same scam, different number and name.  Interest reduction.

Just out of curiousity, I picked up to see which scam this one is running.  It may say "Info Survey" on CID, but the recording is about "second and final notice to lower your credit card rate."  The female had a foreign accent, I would guess Hindi, when I got a live person.  There were a lot of voices and noise in the background...  a boiler plate room.  I then hung up.  I just wanted to satisfy my curiousity, normally I don't answer these calls.  It was worth the risk.

It just LOOKS like that's where it's from.  Remember...  It's a spoofed number, dear heart.

A recorded voice left a message on our house phone about lowering our credit card interest. The Caller ID said "Info survey." Scammers. I blocked them. Jerks.

Credit card scam from Credit Card Services. They are targeting seniors for several years now changing phone numbers quite frequently. There must be a reason that Obama's FTC and FCC allow these criminals to scam seniors. Big donations?

Actually left a message - the old lower your interest rate scam - to lower your interest rate, press 1, or press 3 to discontinue these notices.

I blocked the number.

Just received a call from this telephone number. No message was left.

I bet Obama made a guy run a red light and hit your car.

How in heck is Obama's FTC and FCC to control telephone calls coming into the U.S. from India?   Tell me how that works please.  Do you really think scammers from India give one wit about Do Not Call laws?

Take off your tin hat before posting.  A lot of these calls come from overseas.  At this time there is  really nothing anyone can do.  Invest in a call blocker and try to think logically.

Call from this number at 12:40p.  Shows info survey.  Did not answer & they left no message.

New spoofed number from these fools.  Called at 2:51pm.
We do not answer unknown telephone calls and neither should you.
Actually, we have had the 651 area code blocked for over a year.
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.
Their call was blocked BEFORE they robodialed our number.

See if you can find out how caused a negative review on this call.. This is DEFINITELY a Card Holder Services call.. block them and see if you can track down the person that gave your comment a negative...
