they called a threatend my pregnant daughter

Keeps calling my work number. Stated a lawsuit is being filed on me and I hung up on him. He called again & left message that I will be sorry for hanging up on him and that an officer will be at my office to serve me tomorrow and arrest me. He than left another message & said if I didn't return his call, he feels sorry for me. Foreign accent.

They call and threaten a law suit. Straight fraud

They called my phone and harassed me. Then they told me I had a lawsuit with some federal charges and that if I didn't call back they feel sorry for me. Then we I did call I couldn't understand them so I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English.  They transferred me to someone who spoke Spanish.  Then they started calling me very inappropriate names. Even went as far as calling me a n*$#@r several times. Then they threatened to come to my house and blow it up. I dont like stuff like that.

There is a lot of this going around, they get your information somehow stealing from online information and then threaten you, first of all even if there is an unpaid debt you wouldn't be arrested for it, 2nd they break many federal laws with threatening language etc.  bottom line a scam I even spoke to an attorney about it.....they have no clue hat they are doing and are scum bags.

I got a threatening call also at home & at work saying someone would come get me at work. When I called back they answered "attorneys office". I asked who they represented & foreign guy said I had attitide and hung up on me. I called right back & got voicemail that said cash advance USA - left msg threatening them with Atty general & I got a return call from 512-800-8522 asking if I called & didn't I want a loan. When I confronted him about scam this second foreign guy said you don't call me & I won't call you.

Can you stop this man from calling my cellphones and my job everything day he's really threatening me and harassing me about payday loans I don't know nothing about.

They called me three different times today. Left a VM. I called back. They said I was being sued by American Cash for a deb, that I would be picked up and arrested and end up in jail owing 8000$ in 48 hrs. When I challenge d him with this...then he said that I can do one thing and said "go enjoy your day miss because tomorrow, you will see who I really am" and hung up on me.
So threatening...what do you do when this happens!?
