whoever this person is they've called me 14 times. I refused to pick up any unknown number. I have a security app on my phone and it identified this number as "harassment".

Diversified adjustment services. . . Bill collectors. In my case for xcel energy.  Called me about 5 times a day, starting at 8 am.

They have actually swore on my voice mail after I don't answer.

Being busy I do not answer numbers I don't know, let them go to voicemail then deal with them when there is time in day.  I have yet to receive any message just a phone call every day or so.

I have the same thing,  multiple number,  no voicemail,  and calls all day.

They have called me everyday, sometimes more than once a day, for 5 months. It's ridiculous. Today, they called, I answered and started yelling "HELLO?!" after a moment of silence, a female answered and said, "Why are you yelling at me?" And then hung up. I'm tempted to report them to the police.
