A man identified himself with the Minnesota Dept of Revenue and wanted to ask questions related to improving their service.

I have received at least 2 phone calls from this number, leaving messages on my answering machine.  The man identifies himself as Nick North of Anderson Lieber and Associates with a callback number if (888) 709-9874.

Turns out this company is Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, a marketing research company.

I have received two calls from this number as well in the last two weeks. Both times no message was left as we have a pre-recorded message that gives no name. What kind of marketing research is this company doing?

I got the same call. a woman's voice saying "please call back Oliver King at anderson,neibur & assoc. at 888-709-9874".  I immediately googled it and found this site. Thanks for the info!

Just got one on my cell phone. Didn't answer it and after reading this. i'm glad I did.

I've been receiving calls from 651-486-7653 for the past few weeks, but because I don't recognize this number, I never answer and they never leave a message... until today. The woman said she was calling about Kaiser Permanente new member services and to call 1-888-709-9874 and ask for Nora Kent. Not sure if this is legit or not, because I did have Kaiser up to a month ago. Thanks for the info on this site, it really helped.

Called me a few times, left a message asking me to call back to discuss new member services at Kaiser Permanente. I do have Kaiser as my health insurance. Sounds like marketing research/customer satisfaction survey type of thing but I didn't allow Kaiser to release my info!

This is Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, a marketing research company. In my case, they were working on behalf of Kaiser Permanente. It was a short survey they wanted to conduct. It wasn't so bad, and I was glad to help.

I just received a call from this number, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I am on the do no call list, so they are calling illegally.

unsure of the caller has call at 8:46pm and 9:14am and again at 7:56pm

Received several calls from 651-486-7653. Markwting Research company with a survey for how good the service was that I received from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Left an 800# to call back.

651-486-7653  and 888-709-9874 keep calling e every day. I don't take this calls.

I'm tired of these people calling night after night.

Just got a call from this number 651-486-7653.  How did they get my number and who are they really?  Where can this number be reported to find out who and what they are about?  Help I need them to stop.  I got a call from their 888 number too today.  This call from 651 did not leave a message.  Really tired of the harrassment.

i just got a call from this number also, didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.  After reading other comments here, I have to also agree that I did have Kaiser Permanente health insurance that ended a couple months ago, but since I didn't answer the call I don't know for sure if it was related or not.

thanks for the info!!!! they have been calling hanging up for months...today they left a message to call them back...i do not have kaiser.

these 2 numbers keep calling more than once a day and i dont answer it.  they leave no message and its really annoying.  i could just answer it to tell them to stop calling but i dont want to waist my time on this.
