- Anonymous| 1 replyJust got a call from this number. The man calling asked for my mother who lives in another state. I told him he reached her daughter and must have the wrong number. He asked for her number, but I told him I wasn't comfortable giving it out without more information. He said he was from a company called Frontline Assets. He inquired about her previous employment and again I told him I wasn't comfortable giving out that info. He asked to have my mother call him back at 888-518-3471, which I believe is a bogus number. Who is this person???

- securityfirstJudy Lenz calls from 651-621-2812, she says she is looking for certain individuals. She also calls the neighbors trying to get information from them and information about the individual she says she is calling about. Information, such as work, family, friends, etc. Then, she encourages the neighbors to contact the individual on her behalf. It sounds like identity theft or fraud either towards the neighbor or the individual.
Be on the lookout.
For your own security and everyone elses do not give out any information to a stranger about yourself or your neighbors. - in debt replies to they can't fool me| 1 replyis this legal? can he call and ask someone at random to put in my mailbox? that is illegal? whoever put this in my mailbox, i think so. can they keep calling neighbors and relatives asking for me to call them? is that legal? is that legal in OHIO?
- Disturbed by phone call| 3 repliesA rude woman called and asked for my father's information, who lives in another state. I am a 30 year old woman, why are they asking for my father?
- Upset about the harrassment| 1 replyHad 2 phone calls on my caller ID from this company 651-621-2816. My parents also received 2 calls from them today looking for me. One call they would not accept the answer my dad gave them and kept asking questions so my dad hung up on them, then 5 minutes later called back and my mom answered, they called her by nher first name and said we're looking for your daughter. My parents would never give out any information to anyone over the phone, but for them to continue to harrass people like this should be a crime.

- Reported the Harrassment replies to Upset about the harrassmentI received another call this morning at 6:00am, I just finished filling out the online form to file a complaint with the FTC. - greg munn| 1 replyi had been getting calls for weeks from this number, but no messages were ever left so i assumed it was a sales call. finally i looked up the number on google, and saw it was a collection agency but was shocked because i didn't have any outstanding debts that i knew of. turned out it was a debt that my ex wife had created and i never knew about - they were very helpful and actually gave me a very reduced amount to take care of it. he also referred me to freecreditreport.com - which was great.. though i found out ANOTHER debt from the ex that i didnt know about on there....
- skiptracing replies to in debtit is illegal to tamper with your mailbox - that is actually a federal offense! though it IS legal for collection agencies to contact third parties for skip tracing purposes. why hide? that just means more people they have to contact to try to reach you.
- sc| 1 replyJudy from frontline assets, 651-621-2818 left a message looking for someone on my street. Wanted me to ask them to call her. They obviously searched my street name and sent the same message to anyone on a street with the same name. The number is not valid for our street.

- Fishcop| 4 repliesWas receiving calls continuously - didn't identify themselves. One individual, Al Striker, (and, yes they do not use their real names) called my place of business. I called him back and told him not to call my work number again. The company was Frontline Asset Strategies in Roseville, MN. I did owe on a delinquent credit card and had intentions of paying it. I made a deal with "Al" for 70% of the amount in two payments. I requested that this deal be made in writing and when I received that information I would make my payments. In the meantime, I continued getting calls from different individuals at the company. I advised the next caller "Jason Thomas" that I had worked out my debt with "Al" and to quit calling me. I received the letter indicating the payment plan from yet another individual "Jeff Bronson". After receiving the letter I continued to get calls from "Jason" and he called my place of employment - which I had previously told them not to call. I will make my payments as agreed. I will also be filing a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Commerce as well as the BBB. Any other agencies I should make a complaint with? The numbers that came up on my phone were 1-651-621-2824 and 2825. And here's a laugh - their website claims they work under a high degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity. What a joke! One of the calls I made back to the number was rudely answered "Yeah?" and when asked if an "Al Striker" worked there he said "maybe, who are you?" I advised that he called me and I didn't have to identify myself. He yelled "well you called here this time". I asked if Al Striker was a licensed debt collector with the State of Minnesota and was told it was none of my business. When I told him I intended to file a complaint with the State Commerce Department he hung up.

- Peggy replies to FishcopI received a call from them today (651) 621-2840 regarding a debt that I had paid off through a debt payment program. The guy that called me (I failed to get his name), wanted all sorts of personal information. I explained that I thought this debt had been paid 18 months ago and that currently I was unemployed. He asked all kinds of personal information...how much was my rent, car payment all of my other monthly bills, etc. I told him I was unable to pay anything toward anything. I seriously don't think I owe this money. I think it was a scam and somehow they got old information and are fishing, hoping that its still an outstanding balance that they can get you to give them bank account information. I refused and he hung up on me.
