It was someone with an Indian accent calling about Duct Cleaning in April 2012.
I have been getting calls ,all Indian accent for several years and various numbers wanting to do Duct Cleraning. I actually did get it done once after never having it done for the 19 years or so I have lived here. They quote a price for around $115 and did blow out the ducts with compressed air and have a giant vacuum from their truck  connected to a return duct.
They will then ask for another $100  or so extra to check and clean the fan in the furnace. I told them no.
They still call constantly and being on the Do Not Call list  and telling them this repeatedly , has no effect.
