I just got a computer  call from them. A recording saying he is John from WA and to press 2 to opt out.

they keep calling me, I tell them to stop calling my no. but they continue to call.

This number contacted me and I said hello, no one answered?

Just called me from "unknown".  Rejected that call.  They will now be on the blocked list with the rest of the unknown/unwanted calls.  :)

Calls, doesn't leave message. My number is on the do not call list. Reported and blocked via PrivacyStar.

block that number! got a call this afternoon

Unknown number; did not answer but looked it up while it was still ringing and found these posts.  No VM left. Blocked the number.

Four separate call's from this number in a row.   Blocked after fourth call attempt.

Called four times but nobody answered.

this number called ne 10 mins ago but I'm on the way to school. So thank for all comment about this number! I will block it

Called 15 minutes ago, left a blank 22 second voicemail.

Never heard my pay as you go cell phone ring but saw dial light and message that I missed a call. While I was checking what number had called phone rang again from same number. I silenced ringer and after it stopped got notice of a voice mail. Before I could call to check got notice of a second voice mail. When I called to check both were blank and from same number. Whoever this is has cost me money to check and clear two blank voice mail messages. First search showed this to be a not valid number so I checked here and found this.

I rejected the call.  No VM left.  Called aprox 4 hours ago.

It irritates me to no end when I get these calls!  I have so many blocked numbers and it does no good to be on the OFFICIAL "Do Not Call" list apparently!

"Truecaller" iPhone app reports this as spam from "Rights Legl Wca" in Anaheim, Calif.  Blocked on iPhone.

Called and left no message. Didn't recognized so I blocked.

Credit/Debt marketing robocall to my mobile number

I add them to my phone's contacts list as a scam or marketing number, so next call from that caller ID, I know not to even pick up.

Your banks and credit cards can give your number to any affiliated business they want to, so the Do-Not-Call list doesn't help you there.
