It is a Singapore # and it's billed as an outgoing text charge on my phone. Don't remember making it as I have no contacts there.

Me too, what the heck is it about???   Can it be blocked?

I have contacted Bell who is my provider, they told me the number, have no idea who I would be contacting in Singapore.  Anyone else with Bell getting these same Intl Text charges for the same number?

I suspect you have Wavesecure installed on your phone, that is the text message change that you incur when any unauthorised activity happens on your phone.

I have been charged for 2 international texts to 6592324290 which I did not send, plus 1 to 6581189460.

Me too having the same problem.... looks like it the job of some virus, any body have a solution.... every time i am switching my phone on its sending a sms to “6592324290” number... if any one of you find a solution for this please mail me at arnabp@gmail.com

same thing on my phone, I do have wavesecure. 2 messages. I was in mexico at the time per the date. Highly doubt its hacked though. For one I do security for a living, #2 I runa  customer linux OS on it.

I have been charged from 6592324290 as well! This is a living hell ! I suspect that it comes from a McAfee Internet Security trial. I registered, selected some buddies, then I wanted to know where McAfee will find my phone if I ''accidentally'' lose it at home (it didn't!), I clicked on Track my phone now while on my account, and now I have not only one, but 15 sms-s sent to 6592324290 without my knowledge. I uninstalled it and the problem disappeared, but I still have to pay for them...

I have had the same issue of being charged for text messages which i have never sent and lo!!! Its the same number 6592324290 and i am yet to resolve the problem though...u realise that i also have Mcafee security trial installed on my machine...i need to check this again but i have a lurking suspicion that the internet security could be the potential culprit. I will post again if i find an appropriate remedy

I am getting then same charges on my phone. This 659-232-4290 is a pain in my side and I want it to stop! Tmobile said that they can't block international texts but they can call. If anyone have any answers to help STOP messages (supposely) going out to this number please post it ASAP!

Yes i confirm is McAfee sent message when insert a new sim into mobile android. McAffe sent an sms to a friend preconfigured the first installation MCaffe.

Being charged international text charges to this number.  I am not sending these texts. Verizon seems to no nothing about this problem.

yep i also had random text messages to this nomber and now i have to pay for them i dont understan if we are in USA why dont they use a USA number to text since i have unlimited.. its retarted that mcafee makes random texts to this number just by me turning on and off my phone everytime it restarts ill send one out and its retarted and gets expensive after a while.. a text to singapore. they need to get this issue fixed asap .. i unistalled it because of this issue and i purchased a whole fam plan on this mcafee for 2 years and cant even use it because of it.

Contact Mcafee, state what is occuring. Contacting them via e-mail would be best. Then you have a "paper" trail.
I was charged 61 dollars for outgoing texts to this number. Crazy. I read this thread to see i was not the only one. I uninstalled all of my applications on my phone except for my bank.
Providers are reluctant to give money back. However this number is profeting off of free apps. Sucks for the provider but why have apps that are free if you may be charged for them? I am leary now.
