Got a phone call from this number telling me I need to call right away or my attorney needs to call and if I don't he says well good luck.  I took that as a threat.  Oh yeah, his name is John Smith (imagine that) and he's foreign.

i did too.. he says he is from the us attorneys office or something like that

he says i owe money to us cash advance that they are sueing me..never borrowed money off the computer from them...told him to never all me again

A gentleman by the name of Stanley Dunn contacted my place of employment twice. I returned his phone call and he claimed I owed usa cash advance 517.00. Mr. Dunn informed me that the payday loan company was suing. In addition, Mr. Dunn informed me that my name was being reported to the state police. When I contested he sent me to the legal department. The back ground noise was quite loud and the gentleman I spoke with wanted 300.00 dollars to avoid further legal action. Do not give these people anything!

they keep calling me and telling me call them right away and/or my attorney to call and that i am being sued by the us attorneys office and I need to pay them 891.00 in two payments and if i didnt they told me good luck.

I recieved the exact same message  as James did. Mr. Dunn  also called my husbands number saying the same thing, that I owed them money and if I did not pay that they were going to report me to social security and that I would be arrested. This man also uses other phone numbers to reach us at.  Why can't they be stopped??? Enough is enough already.

he called me friday said i owe mone he needed 108.00 or not go to the court house and surrender myself i'll pay 6,800.00

They have called me twice

Dunn called said I owe 581,  have no idea who. These people are. They called my job said they were the police. Knew they were not. Talked to them first said I had 30 minutes or they were going to legal. When I told them go to legal he told me they would give me a hour. Told them they were reported for harrasment to ftc have not heard anymore

They call for some1 named Kenya and say that they can help get me out of the legal mess I am in. That is funny bc I am NOT IN ANY LEGAL MESS. SCAMMER

They have been harassing me day and night. The scarey thing is they had a lot of my personal info includiing the last four digits of my social!  They claimed to be with the Attorney general's office. Dunn certainly wasn't speaking with an American accent. I used every curse word I ever learned on them and hung up.  Saddest part is I called the police and they claim there's nothing they can do about it.

I received a call from these people - they only left a 5 second message but I didn't recognize it so I searched and this is what I found out.  I've just gotten through this with another company 2 months ago.  Looks like info is out there again!!!
