I received a phone call from this number.  The gentleman stated his name was John Fredrick~please no man with an arabic accent has a name of John Fredrick.  He told me that he had time sensitive information for me and that I needed to provide my lawyer's information.  Ha, well sadly this isn't the first phone call like this.  Told him that he isn't pulling the wool over my eyes and that I will not give him my credit card informtation and that I had already talked to his supervisor and advised him that I had already filed a complaint with the FCC, the Better Business Bureau and also filed many other complaints in references to their calls.  Not only are they calling my cell and place of employment they are also calling my boyfriend's phone number as well!  I just want to know how to get them to stop.  I called them at their own game but still am getting calls...now I guess I will have to be my own attorney or maybe the local police department so that I can get them off my back to stop calling!!! Any other suggestions?

I received a call from this number as well, he told me his mane was Kevin Miller....also an arabian.  ha.  They wanted my attorneys name and number and told me they were sending a car to my house in the morning to serve me with papers.  He told me I owed $8,000 from American Payday Loans.  I have never gotten a payday loan before.  These people are very intimidating and scary.  DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFORMATION.

I rec'd a phone call today from a man using the same name John Frederick with a heavy middle eastern accent.  I almost could not understand.  I dealt with a simliar call months ago where they were using a Denver Colorado phone and Washington State.  I contact the BBB, FTC, FBI and General Attorny Office in my state and where the calles originated.  It was also explain to me becuse these scammers some how bounces phone numbers across the state and aboard  its hard to put a stop to them, but if we keep them a bay by contacting te government acency eventually it will pay off, just don't give them personal information.  My lawyers also told me to cease talking with them.

I got a call from i believe the same Kevin miller guy today at work saying that i owed the same 8K or whatever they wanted to charge me today,  and they already had my banking info. so what can we do?
