    Got a call from this #.  Since it was a local number I answered it.  The woman (african american) on the line stumbled pronouncing my name and then finally said "who is this"?  I asked who's calling and she said Ms. Everett from Integrity Financial Partners.  I googled the firm and found out they are the collection agency for Discover card.  In my case I had a Sams Club Discover card which I had to let go because of a financial apocalypse of ill health, losing business, divorce, etc etc.

    I guess calling from a local # is their sneaky way of getting you to answer the phone which I did.

    Anyway, after telling her that I was busy and I could take a message, she abruptly and rudely just hung up on my.  Wow...WTF...is that kind of "professional" behaviour.  Anyway, I guess I have these lovely phone calls to look forward to from now own.  Nice!
