this is supposedly acs law firm who wont give any specific info and screams at you when asked for it
some how has social sec #  but wont tell you who they reprsent or why , but when called back from a private number , answers with a hello only and wont tell you who they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS GUY SPOKE POOR ENGLISH AND SAID I OWED AN ONLINE LOAN COMPANY $5000, WHICH I NEVER BORROWED ANY MONEY. HE SAID HE WAS SENDING THE POLICE TO MY JOB. I ASKED FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY. JUST YELLED AT ME.

same message Heather!  This guy was very rude and said they (the sheriff's office) would show up at my work Monday morning,  When I told him that I was off on medical leave & would not be there, he proceeded to yell at me and said don't worry, they will find you.  When i asked who i owed the money to and how much, I was quoted $650 to a pay day loan company.  I asked for "documentation" many times and i would pay it.  Guess what, he would not accept my request and said I now would have to pay $5000.  When I asked questions, he became very rude, told me I was "very smart" and hung up on me 3 times!  Now, does his sound like someone that wants their money?  All I asked for was documentation of "my loan amount".?.?.? He fnally told me that I was wasting his time and not to call back.  At no point did he tell me where he was located.......very angry, confused and tired of being yelled at when I have no documentation of anything!  Sorry for your luck too!

I was called last week from these people telling me that I owe then $501 from a loan company named quick cash. I have never borrowed any money from that place before. They were stating that I would have to got to court to settle this case issue, I was asking can I see the documents that state this. As telling me some bizzare email address they sent the paperwork to 16 times. With telling me that I have a bank account with a bank I don't deal with. Is there a way to stop them from harrassing you at you?

I received a called from this named James Paterson and I know that it is the same guy who called me before he just changed his name. He said that I have to call him back or my attorney because it is very inmportant and time sensitive. He also said if I dont hear from you today the only thing I can say is Good luck! I searched online and spoke to one of lawyer in the lawfirm here in NYC and she said ignore the call because they are scam people who will take your money If I do talk to them ask for a letter and the documentation to prove that I owe them money. He called me several times and left messages threatening me but i disregard the call. I Dont give a [***] because I already been charge on my credit card believing that I owe them money because they have all the information, they used different number and name of the person but it is the same guy because the accent is the same and the voice is totally the same too. I learned my lesson not to trust everyone who called me.

It's been awhile since I received a phone call from them but this morning they called my cell phone twice and my job. I'm so embarrassed because I don't know how they got my job information and I am sure my boss is wondering why they are calling me. The guy gave me a number to contact his supervisor but once I called nobody answered and it said try back again later. The guy wouldn't tell me what it was about and he threatened to have the police to come pick me up from my job. At first I was scared and on the verge of tears at work but after seeing I'm not the only one I feel better.

I received a phone call from this number twice on my cell phone and twice at my place of employment.  He says his name is Brian Thomas with a law firm.  I informed him that I knew this was a scam and asked him if he wanted the number to my local sheriff's dept since he has been reported and he hung up.  He has not called back so I guess I got MY point across.

Same here!  They will keep calling until you answer.  The people I have spoken with are of Indian decent and here are the following names:

Senior attorney Eric Matthews his assistant is Daniel Lewis and another attorney by the name of Robert.  They have called me from the following numbers: 661-347-6367,661-347-6368,661-347-6369,661-240-9188.  They will not give any info are who they are representing and how they got my info.  I don't have any debts, I don't even have credit cards so how these people got my number is beyond me!  

Yesterday I filed a police report for harassment, I called and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Fair Trade dept.  They said they have received alot of complaints regarding these numbers and stated that people have said the same thing.  I don't understand why they have not been arrested.
