Does anybody know what this company is in regards to?

these people keep callin me to saying i havent paid on a payday loan and i never have taken one out. If anyone has any info on this place please post it.

They r calling us too stating the same thing and also have my social. I did apply for a payday loan but the only thing is I was never approved and got this call same as all of you 5 times. I was never approved because I am a paralegal. I am about to talk to my attorney about this it is very aggravating. hope one of us can get to the bottom of this. Oh one last thing they are representing themselves as attorney's and if they are not they can get into even worse of trouble.

Got a call from this number on my cell when I didnt answer they called my work left a message on my cell telling me to attain a attorney and if I dont return his call all he can tell me is good luck.

Exactly what I got today.  When I called them back though they didnt try to get any money just said that I would be served on Monday and they said the federal govenment filed a case against me for a pay day loan....all very confusing.  Did anyone actually get served anything?

Same as the rest of you, I thinks it has some connection with this number also. 512-538-2030. This number has been calling but I had it blocked and now they are calling from 661-347-6469. I have the law involved in it. These ppl are really getting on my last nerves.

This is most likely a scam. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM. THEIR THREATS ARE IDLE! Have your local law enforcement agency give them a "courtesy call" and tell them not to call your number again.

this company is calling places of business and it will result in the filing of a lawsuit if they do not cease & desist immediately......

i have had this company calling me lately and i want it to stop there harrassing me about court and police coming to my business i want it to stop thanks.

I got the same exact call on my cell and at my job........When I called them back I asked to speak to their supervisor because I didnt like the message that was left.....He was so rude and hung up...Then I called back and he gave the last 4 of my SSN and ask me to verify.  After I refused he said that I could look forward to a termination letter from my employer on Monday and hung up.....I kept calling back to back and no one answer the phone.......I'm really concerned that they have my work, cell # and my ssn.....I'm going to get the police involved because he said he was a lawyer...Thanks very much for sharing.

They are a scam, and the scum of the earth they use prepaid cell phones they will harrass you and call you names. Try calling them some names back they will get real mad. They are so dumb the stuff they say to get you to settle a fake debt or judgement against you goes against every collections law known, if they were real they would know that the threats they use would nullify the debt and leave them open for a lawsuit. I keep saying them because the fella changes his name all of the time but its allways the same script. If everyone that got a call from them would call them back and harrass them about some thing it would be funny there are at least 20,000 complaints so far. Tie up their phone for awile. Make them mad ha ha ha.

This [***] from India has called my cell phone no less than 15 times today.  I have recorded all but the first 3 conversations on dictation software on my computer.  He was aware he was being recorded.  Such horrible broken English I could barely understand him half the time.  Claimed his name was James White, and refused to identify the company he was calling with, a mailing address or home office phone number.  He has told me he is going to *uck me up the ass, that he loves me, that he's coming to my house, that he's going to send me to jail, blah blah blah.  I just answer, remain silent (not even a hello), and he talks to himself for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.  Meanwhile, this is all being recorded.  

I have no credit cards, no payday loans and never have.  There are no debts in my name ANYWHERE.  I have no idea how these people got my phone number, address and name.  I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and my state Attorney General.  I intend on filing a police report in the morning.  I would like to SUE whoever is behind this.  Their telemarketing or debt collecting calls are illegal.

dont bother trying the police i did they wont get involved because they claim its a civil matter

The police will and DID get involved.  The caller threatened me.  That is illegal.

This company is getting on my nerves. I tried to call the company back and ask the name and he hung up on me. Since then he called my phone over 40 times in 5 minutes. I am contacting Homeland Securities again tomorrow about this company. Also calling my local law enforcement.

This company has called me as well, said their name was James White with the American Legal Services. They claimed they had a pending case against my social and account number about a payday loan i never paid back. He told me someone would come to my job and get me....I cursed they ass out and they never called back again........THIS IS A SCAM.
