this is from a man pretending to be a pastor who lives in south africe but is renting a home in denver. he/they are scam artists and I want them identified

He is also pretending to be renting a home in Spokane, WA also using the pastor in South Africa ruse.

Got a call yesterday afternoon and this morning which I did not answer.  I called the number back and got a message the number had been disconnected then another message saying the person was not available but to call back later.

On Sunday, November 15th, 2009 at 6:38 pm. I got a call from this number. It was a missed call. I called back and nobody answered. I am on Phoenix, AZ.

I got a call from this number and supposedly it is from a man on a dating site... Date Hook-up. the site seems safe and gives you rules to keep it that way ... but some men are users and want to only use you to get money. so I have started to look up the information they say and I found this number was not where he said. it is from "BakersField ,CA... he said he was in Spring, TX. I think he used someone elses information and someone elses name just to scam people. so the number is for scammers.  they used. 661-378-9029 and 601-429-9029...

Yes they are trying their best to scam...I've delt with these fools before and they call every 2 to 3 months and the nature of their business changes each and every time!!  661-378-9029 and 601-429-9029 are the two numbers they are calling from.  The last time I spoke to these Indian [***], they claimed to be a lawyers office collecting a debt from a pay day loan, I knew I had NEVER done this so you must have a mistake.  Don't confirm anything with them and don't call them back at the number they are trying to give...

i have been getting calls from 601-429-9029 & 661-378-9029 they dont say much though they wait until i pick up the phone answer it and then they put latin reggaeton music but the wierd thing is tht is music tht i like nd that im into idk how they are doin it but i want them to stop what should i do

Got a call at 3am, pretending to be someone with UPS. Hung up on him because it was early.

Got a call from 661-378-9029 on March 9th at 1.43 pm. I answered but no one spoke. Called back but got a message saying the number had been disconnected or is not in service.

My wife has gotten calls from this number 661-378-9029 a few times over the last couple of weeks. They keep telling her I'm cheating on her and they know me. Today, they told her my phone number and that I was home. They she was driving when they called and they knew what highway she was on. Think this could be some sort of hacker getting info?

Have any of you rented from rent-a-center? I'm just trying to make some sort of connection why they're calling us

I got a call from 441-59 first, then as Blocked, then 661-378-9029 and finally unknown. I didn't pick the first call and hence a couple seconds later they called me with "Blocked" identity and then with the number 661-378-9029 exposed and finally as "Unknown". I'm glad I didn't answer any of these back to back calls...Thanx for the info here.

This number is from Nigerian Scammers and they use the dating sites...I thought I was talking to a legit person from Dallas Tx and gave him my cell.. Tonight, 3-23-10, was the first time he tried calling me..I did not know the number and did not answer..he did not leave a message..BUT YES, THEY ARE NIGERIAN SCAMMERS...THEY ARE ABLE TO GET US CELL PHONE NUMBER BLOCKS AND US INTERNET BLOCKS FOR THEIR IP ADDRESSES FROM ALL THESE COMPANIES IN THE US...I track their IP addresses and some will show up who they are on DNSstuff.com.

this guy is a stalker he makes harrasing phone calls and is very sick and wont stop calling he calls blocked then with this number

this guy calls me everyday he blocks his number out and makes death threaths he also has a canadian cell phone 1289-388-6315 his name is colin

Just a question...the person was supposed to be from Texas? What nationality did they say they were?

They are calling from Jamaica - probably using VOIP technology to scam a phone number in Bakersfield, CA

I was speaking to a man from a dating site that claimed to be Italian....working in Nigeria...and was soon to be moving to New Jersey and was looking for a serious relationship.

I could tell all along that things he was saying were just not adding up. He had called a few times from a Nigerian phone # +2348062262091 but then called once from 661-378-9029 and when I googled that number I found SEVERAL accounts of scammers from Nigeria using this number to make their calls.

Of course I called him on the scamming and he attempted to argue it but obviously he was BUSTED.

His name (supposedly) was Robben Lahm. He may also go by Antonio Pizzaro. Oh and he claims to be in the electronics Biz and working for LG Electronics.

Oh and ladies beware the profile pic he uses on dating sites if of a VERY nice looking man.

I missed a call from this number at 3am this morning. I could not understand the guy very well. Said he was calling from "The UK". He said to call him at the number in his email to me, however there was no email that I could find. This is my cell, so that's disturbing. The number now says it's disconnected.
