The caller proclaims to serve papers for dept collection in reference to the nationwide agency which is present at this website with phone number 1-888-783-0196. After attempting to advise the caller that they are seeking the wrong debtor as my credit score is pristine with no outstanding debts they were harassingly persistent. After discovering this website, it is clear that they are scammers attempting to get money by introducing scare tactics into paying.

some mexican named mario says he's gonna go to my work and has already called my boss, my boss called me asking me wtf.  over 300 bucks.  woohoo, let's burn some more calories over this mario, good call buddy.  dude also hung up on me when i asked him what it was about.  said he is a PRIVATE LOCATOR.

no i'm not paying it back.  it was a payday loan from check n go.  i don't have the money so i told mario to have them garnish my wages but see, they don't wanna hear that.   they want you to hand over credit card numbers. they will say ANYTHING to get you to pay SOMETHING.

I got the same call yesterday from a woman saying she was a PRIVATE LOCATOR she was coming to my house to serve me with papers and I was being sued, she gave me a 1 877 691 4758 number called the number and was asked to pay a check n go loan.  They wanted credit card information, which they didn't get, and said if I pay within 5 days they could remove the private locator fees...

I just got a call from this woman. She says she is a independant agent who serves papers. She contacted my supervisor at work and told her she wanted to come to my work. I am not sure how legit this is. I havent received any collections notices or anything regarding a debt I may have open.

yea I recieved the same call, the female said her name is Mary Walker and she had recieved a formal complaint and charges on me and gave me a 855 number to call back with my address and place of employment > yea right Mary!! you can kiss my A@#

Yeah, I got the same phone call from a Marc Moreno proclaiming to be a private locator. He said he would come to my work and talk to my boss. So my boss talk to him and didn't have anything good to say to this marc . My boss told him were to go . So he hung up when my boss told him we were calling the cop for harrasment. He called 12 times that day. Stupid people

THIS IS A SCAM... DO NOT CALL these people back... They tried to contact my niece at my phone #... the only problem is, my niece never gave ANYONE my UNLISTED cell ph#.  So how did they call me?  I recently was the victim of attempted ID theft... these people are phishing for information to fill in their blanks.  DO NOT "verify" ANY information!!!

I recieved a voicemail from this 661-731-4180 number today. The lady/ robot that left the voicemail said her name was kendra adams. And that she needed to verify my information address and work information. I find it very funny because my boyfriend received a call requesting similar info and was threating to sue/ take him to court. my bf got scared called them back and was given a 1800 to call. I find it funny because they claim they are trying to sue him over $170 dollars and take him to court blah blah. I have receved a call like this before but never paid any attention to it. so be sure before you give out your information do research you dont want your info or money going into the wrong hands. that can put you into more debt than you already are. SO WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMS

I received a phone message from this number 661-731-4180 yesterday. The man talked very fast not hardly stopping to take a breath.  The call was not for anyone I know but they used our last name.  They gave a Claim #19068111, there name which I could not hear, and they needed a urgent call back to the firm unknown 1-866-264-1769, they needed to verify my address and place of employment so that they could bring by this urgent set of papers.  I have had this call before but it has been 6 months ago.
