Got a missed call from this number- annoying and ridiculous. I am on the do NOT call list as well.

got a call from someone claiming to be in Russia and in love with me[after one week of emails].and of course needing money stay clear its a scam

This number calls repeatedly and it's ticking me off!  Am on the do not cal list as well.  It 661-745-0245.  Was anyone able to get this stopped??

This lady is driving me crazy.  States that I've won 1 of 4 prizes...yadda...yadda...yadda.  Also stated that in order for me to claim the prize, I need to drive to Gurnee IL to claim it?  Are you kidding me? yeah...im on my way!  Then after I hung up on her, she called back 3 times from the following numbers 661-748-0245, 661-748-0244 and 661-380-3000.

Thank you all for the postings.  It sure makes it easy to not pick up the phone.

I don't answer #s that I don't recognize.
I let it go to voice mail; no message left.
I store to my cell phone as "DNA" for "do not answer."
Next time I just hit "ignore" on the cell phone.

Received a call from this number on a business cell phone.

this number keep call, claiming to have us grant money for me.. please donot call

I tried calling back, it says no routes in this area found.............figures a scam artist! I am on the do not call list as well and put his on my AT&T do not call service for my IPhone and they still called using a different number. It is a Skype number I did find out from AT&T

I also received a call from this number on my cell - also on the Do Not Call list.  I heard someone so it was not a computer generated call and then they hung up.

Called from two numbers, same as listed above, before 8am.  I dont ans. unknown calls and they left no msg.  Love this site for helping weed out these losers.  It does annoy me that I am on the DNC registry and still receive calls like this.

I called my cell from Skype and this is the number that came up, testing it out after I got a call from another peculiar number in the morning that called about 4 times persistently. When I looked that number up here, people said it was either scammers or someone using Google phone. It could be anything I guess and either scammers or prank callers are doing it.

My friend called me with Skype and this number showed up. Not necessarily a scam, just someone using Skype.

My mam called from Skype. I always put Skype numbers to my contacts so next time i know it is Skype. So far got: 661-380-3000, 000-012-3456, 1-404-941-8599, 404-941-8603, 661-748-0244 and 661-748-0245. All of them are calls via Skype from around Connecticut/New York but 661 area seem to be calls made to me from Poland, but i guess it could be a call from anywhere in Eurasia since Sherry said that got a call via Skype from Japan with 661-748-0244.

It is indeed one of the contacts in skype calling. I read the post and signed on to my skype and verified it.
Don't think it is a scam.
