They called saying they were "Med Insurance" and asked for my date of birth to verify who I am. I told her I'd never heard of them, so why the heck would I give them my personal details? She hung up.

Calls daily at the same time everyday asking for me by name, will I please call them back etc.. but they never state the reason they want the call returned, who exactly they are just the company name. If you really want to speak to me then you need to leave some detail as to the nature of the call or please leave me alone!

They are a  "third party liability claims company" IE a scumbag collection agency with a boiler room full of attorneys.  Avectus Health Care Solutions has actually taken over expired accounts from MultiCare Health Systems that was left over from Hunter Donaldson LLC. Multicare Health System hired a sub contractor collections agency formally known as Hunter Donaldson LLC. Multicare would recieve patients that were involved in auto accidents, treat them at there facilities. Multicare hired Hunter Donaldson LLC. in 2008 and placed over 5,000 liens on victims of car accidents. Each lien that was signed and filed was done so by Hunter Donaldson LLC on behalf of Multicare Health Systems.

Left only name and number no clue who they are or why they called. Rude when called them back and still no answer on anything.

Yay new losers calling me now. Doesn't really matter since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Received a call today from a male who identified himself as Bryson. I was in doctors office so call went to voice mail. When I checked message the call was for a member of my family, regarding her young child. Don't have a clue who these people are but they will be reported to the FCC if they call again.

The Caller ID only showed it as being from OUT-of-AREA only. This caller calls at all hours of the day or night repeatedly. Sometimes they leave a message on my answering machine, other times they just hang-up instead. I am not able to hear or understand their message(s). But when they call yesterday a 4:32pm CST, they did state requesting extension # 1488. Upon doing research on whom this caller is or are, I find multi-findings. One finding shows the caller as BUSTER LIPFORD, 1311 FOOTE STREET, CORINTH, MS 38834. While another finding shows it as MEDPAY ASSURANCE, AVECTUS HEALTH CARE SOLUTIONS, LLC, 602 EAST WALDRON STREET, CORINTH, MA 38834. Then even another finding shows it as being from AVECTUS HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, EFFECTIVE SELFCARE SOLUTIONS, 503 CRUISE STREET, CORINTH, MS 38834-4814. Whomever this caller is, I have never done any business with them, or even heard of them before.

This caller keeps on calling repeatedly leaving messages I can not heard or understand. I have 80% hearing loss, so my husband has told me that they are asking for a Brandon Smith. I do NOT know, or ever heard of a Brandon Smith. I only had this phone number since November, 2014. Maybe, this Brandon Smith had it before me, but he does NOT have it now!! I have been unable to find an email address of this caller, plus their web site does NOT work. Upon doing research on whom this caller is or are, I find multi-findings. Box 1495, 503 CRUISE STREET, CORINTH, MS 38834-4814. Whomever this caller is, I have never done any business with them, or even heard of them before.

Sadly, that's not unusual when people who have no insurance come in for ER care.  Placing of liens.  Hopefully the new health care law will help take care of the problem of reimbursing ERs for the care they provide so that liens won't be necessary.

Pretty similar spiel that others are reporting but here's my SOLUTION to this. 1. I never answer a call that I don't recognize the number. Then 2. I place the number in my contacts as Z1, Z2, etc. and set their ringtone as "Silent". Done! They can still call but they no longer bother me. :)

Called my kids daycare saying I filed a claim stating my kid had been injured. That's pretty dang low to use a persons child. Where can I report them?! Don't mess with my kid!

Received this call a few times since I was in a car accident and taken to a Regional Hospital with not the best reputation around anyway (and not so great care). The hospital gave them my information on wanting 'accident insurance' -- I already have both car and health insurance. Its a bit of a low blow for them to do this as you have to sign giving your information to insurance companies - regretfully most of the time you are in pain or in my case can't even read the forms to sign to get help you need and they sell your information to 'their' insurance company.

Apparently they can't read their own paperwork either.... They called my cell phone looking for a friend who was in a car accident that put me down as an emergency contact.  And I was the first person they tried to call in regards to their issues.  They are most likely calling to figure out medical billing issues..... too bad according to HIPPA they shouldn't be calling me period and can get into some serious legal issues if I had answered the phone instead of it going to voicemail.  They need to get their act together for sure!

these people called me at 8 PM on a wednesday night.  they said they were Med Insurance and verifying insurance for st. Francis hospital (i recently visited the ER).  right off the bat asked for my birth date.  NOPE.  not gonna get if from me.  i said St Francis already HAS my medical insurance so why are you calling me???  she said if i would rather fill out papers than tell her, she'd send them to me.  YEH.  you DO THAT.

My adult son was in a car accident and treated at Huntsville Hospital in AL, then arrested and is still in jail.  They called and left a message looking for him.  I'm assuming it's debt collection for the hospital bill - but they need to call the jail...

Said they were calling on behalf of _______ Hospital. Called said hospital and they said they had no relationship with that company

My grandson was in a bad accident and the driver of his car had no insurance. I received a call on my home phone from Avectus Health saying they were with the hospital my grandson was taken to and needed a little info on him. Advised he wasn't there so they asked me to have him call them back. 2 minutes later the same person called on my cell phone. They left the same message on my voice mail.

I tell u that each time they call Im cursing them out! I mean in the worst languages such as "MF,SOB,Bitz etc! Im F_cking tired of them!
