I have received several phone calls from 662-580-4030.  The caller states that it is a law firm and that I am being sued and better get a lawyer.  When I asked the caller what this call was about, he mentioned Americash.  I don't have a loan with Americash.  

If I was being sued, I told him to send the paperwork to me in the mail; he stated that he sent it to my personal email address.  I wish he would stop calling me.  It's very annoying!!!!!

If they call you again just tell them that you can find them and you have a lawyer and they will not call you back they have not called me back since I told him that my husband is an agent but they said the exact same thing to me too

They have called me, my husband AND my husbands employer TODAY!  I've tried them 4 times and just get hangups - they say they are Robert Richards Law Firm and my husband is being 'picked up' tomorrow from work - what on earth is this all about?  How do they get our numbers?  They said we are being sued - jeepers creepers - also told me God is seeing my sins - eeks!  This guy is creeping us out!

I reported them to the ftc, fbi, and the attorney generals office.

I have been receiving calls from them also, how do I report them to the FBI?

I also received the same call. They called me 3 times tonite. I told them to send by mail and they told me they have. I then told them they were a scam and I have reported them to they authorites. I have gotton the same messages from other phone numbers. I also do not have any payday loans.

Received a call also similar to other post...I told them they were without question the most inept scam artist ever...they speak English poorly and the line they give is absolutely comical. Just hang up on them and block their number on your I phone if you have one.

I get calls like this at least a few times throughout the year. Apparently someone had sold your information to these people who are trying to scam you. I tried talking to them in the past. (I have had these calls for the last few years.) This is 100% a scam! Ignore these people as they love using American names with very heavy accents. Also, don't be surprised that the numbers start to change. Do not give any information to these people!

I got a call similar to the above post.  Guy with a heavy accent said he was from the Richard Law Firm of a Mississippi address and that he has  papers of a lawsuit for me. I told them if he has lawsuit papers for me why not mail them instead of calling me. And when I pressed for a call back number and other info he hang up.

Just got a call too.  Losers.

This number is just some dumb ass sand people with a switch board trying to steal peoples hard earned money. Called my phone said they were a law firm in the u.s. I'm pretty sure no law firm would have an illiterate Aladdin sounding [***] represent them. Said on being sued blah blah blah my fiancé screamed at the guy and threatened him with our lawyer, guy hung up.

I receive a call from this so called company today, stating that I had a lawsuit against me, in the amount of $450.53 for a payday loan I never applied for.  The person on the other end medal so stated that I have two options either to pay the money owed by going to my local drugstore, he named specifically CVS and purchase a card to place the money on to repay this $450.00.  I was told that if I did not, then I would be substitute to arrest at my job and would taking to jail.  The call came from
662-50-4030.  I was given the name James Anderson.  I received another call at my home from the same number with the same treats, this time from a Gary Miller.  It's really sad that you have people out there who live for scamming others.  Unfortunately, many fall for it.  I told him to do what hem  needed to do, and I would do the same.  The threats were from, putting lien on my home, car, my bank accounts, sending employer a letter regarding said owed money, to jail time.  Was told I'd better get a lawyer and good luck!  Really unbelievable the lengths some would go through.  The said thing is that these are all foreigners, who makes these calls.   Watch out.  Be on guard.

The person who called me said his name was William White, from Richard Law Firm.   In another call this evening the caller used the name Gary Miller.  Be mindful of these scams.

Yes, I too get the same messages. About every 3 mths or so but this time he called my work. You just never know with these people, he told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and when I asked him why, he wouldn't tell me. I called the Richards law firm and it sounded like a bunch of telemarketers in the background. I have also had people call me about getting those fast cash loan people off my back, but I too have never had one of those loans.

I got a call on my cell yesterday from William White from Richard law firm, I told him it was the wrong number because it sounded like a telemarketer, I go to work today and had a voicemail that said if I did not respond the consequences would be on me. I called the number and to William Whites direct line and got John Marshall with heavy accent, I told him I didn't know what he was talking about nor could I understand but I would have my lawyer call him and he said fine and hung up...I called back and said what was your name and he said it is on your caller id an hung up again. Very funny, but I don't appreciate them calling my job.
