Do you have a craigslist add? My husband just got a text from this number.

Yes, I put up a CL ad last night and had a text from this number early this morning. Asked me to look at some photos. Directed me to GIMPX.com. It's a hacker site and will entice you to download their software which might be free but is filled with a Trojan Horse Virus.

I put in a craigslist ad also, and received a text with a pic, but did not respond.  Had the same number and was asking me to download free.

my husband also got a message on his phone after 12am telling him to veiw some pic and needed a price est what the crap with all this  craigslist needs to fix there stuff  or people going to stop using there site.

Thank you for this info all.  Got the same crap to my girlfriend and I actually downloaded a couple of different versions, but my mac wouldn't recognize any of them so I deleted them and ran an antivirus.  Hopefully I'm in the clear, but they were responding to our lost pet ad.  These freakin people have no shame!
