Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  Didn't answer and there was no message.  CID shows SOLAR.
Someone in California trying to sell me something solar powered I assume.

Just got hit with the same scam...

Received two calls from Campbell CA so far today, now I know for sure it's one of Obama's pet Green Energy Companies!

Received a call from 669-237-3575 on 1/29/2015 at 11:15am EST. Caller ID displayed "SOLAR". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted here I have added this number to my GV block list.

Just got a call from this number. I looked the number up on google and found it was a scam and put on my call blocker! I won't be ever talking to that number at all!

669-237-3575 scam targeting seniors about solar power. Sounded like from India. They guys English was horrendous.

This is the third or fourth call in the past couple of months.

It is a telemarketing firm in India for a solar manufacturer in California.

The telemarketer is barely understandable and stumbles his way through his presentation.

Have some fun. Keep them on the line as long as you can. Telemarketers are paid by results. If they spend too much time on the phone and get minimal results, they're gone in no time!!

Yes same here. Another solicitor that does not leave messages. I refuse to pick up!

Cambell, Ca. Just got hit with the same scam Staten Island. ?? Who are theses Animals?

I called Back & hit One to block future calls  when I realized it was scam I was pissed..
I tried from using another line & in an unblock # Same recording.
"(If I like to Block Future Calls hit 1")
I like to hit More then 1  maybe 23456 ++++++++++++++++++

That was from Campbell, CA. 697-237-3575 BEWARE BLOCK THE CALL THROUGH TV IF POSSIBLE
FIOS HAS THAT FEATURE.

Based on the original post I am going to assume this is another one of those bogus solar panel calls. I hope they can handle being ignored.
