RReeves - 13 Jun 2007This company called me too. It is Receivable Recovery Solutions in Atlanta, GA. The guy makes harrassing phone calls and threats. I have reported him and the company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I have asked for this company not to call me anymore; however, this guy continues to call. I've asked for them to produce information regarding the debt they are trying to collect and they will not. I suggest that you file a BBB complaint and a complaint with the FTC if the calls continue. It's one way that we can put a stop to him!

ms@239 - 30 Apr 2007Just got another call minutes after the last. The 678 area code is out of metropolitan Atlanta. An African American voiced male asked for a call back to 866-873-4479 x9625. The guy knew my name and has called several times over the past few months but from a different phone number. I am not calling back.

rdlove2001 - 13 Jun 2007I am getting repeat phone calls from 678-202-9620. The guy states that I owe a debt and begins to verify my social. However, he will not mail me anything regarding the debt when asked so I can verify that the debt is actually mine. The guy made reference to other non-related items on my credit. The guy makes threats and is very harassing. I have reported him and the company and will continue to seek assistance to get him to stop. If you receive a harassing call from this guy or the company, file a complaint.

Cheryl - 2 Jul 2008These creeps are also using these numbers: 504-837-0116 and 800-459-0116. This is the third collection agency that has called me within the last two weeks! What is going on here? The patronizing woman who spoke to me wanted "Juanita Martin" at my number. I have a raging migraine at this time, and I blasted her as loudly as I could scream into the phone, "Leave me alone. There is no one by that name here." She said, "Now, now, m'am, calm down." I told her, "Get off my back or my attorney file a lawsuit against you so fast it will make your head spin." I have written to the other two companies to take me off their lists. Now I shall have to waste my time to write to this Receivable Recovery Solutions. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? WHY AM I ON ALL THESE LISTS ALL OF A SUDDEN?
