Thank you for the information. I received a call today from this number and I'm pretty sure I got a number of calls from this number in the past but I ignored it. We'll this time I answered the phone and the caller asked if I was (a woman's name). I said no I'm not her and then I asked why she was calling. (So I can figure out how I should proceed with asking them not to call my number). I got a major attitude and major mouthing off and was told it was none of my @#$%%^business why they were calling. So I hung up.

I googled the number and I saw your posting so I called the number back and told them that I know that I was calling Superior Asset Management and I need them to take the number off their call list. They said they will. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

These folks are trained to be rude, can hang up with no care as their management supports this, and are often threatening. They are indeed collections for T-Mobile as I used to work for them. I suggest you call them back a minimum of four separate times and tell them to remove you  from their call list. Tell them the person they are attempting to reach is not there and you don't know them. Record the call each time and report them to the FCC if they then call you back. You have to fight fire with fire and go for blood or they will continue to harass and threaten you. I might go so far as to call T-Mobile and tell them that this group threatens and harasses. In the long run T_Mobile will eventually drop the account, thus screwing the collections [***] of the planet. It will also take up T-Mobile customer service time which in turn is also lost money for the jerks.

I was with T-Mobile back 2 years ago, and now out of the blue, they called me and said I owe T-Mobile money back then and they are to collect the money. They can't tell me why I haven't been contacted before, for the last 2 years.

I ask them for a statement and such, so that I can look into it. The lady refused to send me any statement and said, I either pay it now and it will stay in my credit report forever.

I really think it was a scam... and I will go ahead and check with T-Moblie and make a complaint about their Collection Agency.

I got two calls from this number tonight. This is the first time I've gotten a call from this company, but both times when I answered the phone it disconnected. I looked it up online and found this site and one another with basically the same reports. I called them back and they asked what number it was and asked who Jennifer was. I told them I don't know who she was and the lady said okay and hung up on me. I'm hoping I won't have to deal with them calling anymore.

They call my landline-- when I answer it disconnects. I called from my cell phone (*67 first to block my caller ID) and asked them to remove my (home) number from their list. She asked if XXX lives there -- I said no -- she said she will remove it.

Those [***] ~~ XXX (who they were calling for) hasn't had t-mobile for at least 4 years  --

Here is the simplest way of taking this off of your credit report:

Get a couple of your report online and dispute the charge as "Not Mine."  The credit bureaus will ask the collection company to send them any information they have on file including the hard copy of your signature.  Here is the best part... Most collection companies do not have the original signed contract or agreement with you since most files are now on a computer.  The credit bureaus will remove the negative account from your report within 30-45 days.

I am currently dealing with some financial issues for my father, but was surprised to see Superior Asset (a name with which I was unfamiliar) pop up on the ID.  This is my father's landline number they are calling, and he has never had T-Mobile...

yeah they called here and harassed me that I need to tell them where the person they were calling for lives and that how can he not live there this is the information we have. Well your wrong bukko.. I called back the 1800# that was posted at the top and she was very nibby and wanted me to get him a message I told them it wasn't my job to do so they can mail him or find him someother way and to take my number off the list. grrrr.

I answered my phone with "Hello" and immediately a rude person asked "Is that how you answer your phone?" Then she asked for Arlinda. I said "You have the wrong number" She asked "Do you know how to reach Arlinda?" I tried to say I had no idea who Arlinda was, but she cut me off and said "The answer is Yes or No".  I hung up on her before I could get on her level and call her a name. I googled the number and found this. Now I know who is responsible and I will let T-Mobile know how the company they employ to collect their bills acts. Not that it would do any good.

Just got a call 2 minutes ago. I said Hello and it says, "This is a very important message for...Slenton Lee" or whatever his name is...probably some terrorist. Then is says "If you are not Slenton Lee, please disconnect or hang up now". I've gotten numerous voice mails with this same message and it is starting to come back and haunt me.

WOW , I got the same type of call recently. And apparently this person did used to have my number because of all the calls I still get for him. Anyway I have hung up every time hoping that would stop the calls but it hasnt stopped unfortunately

I hate these people!!  Ok yes, I was with t-mobile like 3 years ago, and apparently have some small outstanding balance that these people keep harassing me about.  I answered the call once (out of about 100 times they've called), and got an earful from a very rude person.  She was threatening with credit and legal scares, and when I told her that I'm sorry, I'd love to be able to pay them, but I have no income currently, and there was nothing I could do at the time.  I asked her to take the number she called off the list because it wasn't a number I could take personal calls on, and gave her a different one.  She said she noted that, but I'm still getting about 2 calls a day.  She was also extremely persisten, kept talking over me, and wouldn't let me get off the phone, so I had to hang up on her.  [***].

Igot a phone call from this #£¥holes and went through the same experienced most of you guys went through I got somebody with a real bad attitude and didn't give me a chance to get a good explanation or give a chance to explain that I  had received a letter a few months ago and I had responded to them that I had never sign any contract with T-mobile because the company doesn't offer their service where I live. They said I owe them money from an account opened In New York  . I'm really mad and I will never ever sign any contract with t-mobile . I want to thank everyone for adding their experiences as this was a lot of help to find out the kind of people we are dealing with.

I got a call from this number today.  First call, I think.  I have been getting calls for my daughter from someone asking for her by her maiden name.  She has not had T-mobile in about four years and she hasn't lived in my home for at least 9 years.  I really don't know what to do at this point.  I know I won't give them my daughters new name or number.

CRaziness! I didn't realize this is real!!

Ok, I've been using t-mobile for 2 years, since the first month I use it, there's just some people asked for : "PETER PEAGEN" or whatever the name is. And I told them, "I don't know who is Peter". First, I told them "wrong number". But more often they call, I just say, "I got this phone recently, and I don't know who is Peter!!"

Then for these few weeks, those people called me again, one day I answered "no peter" and they hung up RUDELY!!
Today they called again and I didn't answer, and secondly I answered and I asked her "I've been using this number for 2 years, and I don't know Peter at all, how you spell peter peagen?" (so I think I can report this to t-mobile or government or whatever) and she said RUDELY, "well all I know is say goodbye and hang up" CLICK.. I was so pissed off with stupid rude lady!! What the heck??? I called the number back , and it's unreachable :(

i dont even bother getting upset anymore. I google the # and get awesome feedback from sites like this one. I save the number under fkrs and put the tone to silent.

She called again yesterday.. and she (as usual) asked for Peter peagen.. and I told her, "Dude, there's no peter here, and you really rude yesterday!!" *hung up*

Then this morning(jeezzzz) they called again with machine system, it says about debt-collector  and asked me to call back  : 1 800 895 2989

I have an old debt with t mobile, based on the other reviews on here, I guess that's why I get calls from 678-229-5198. Just ignore it. I owe them a balance from 4 years ago. Don't know the amount but has to be under $200 because God knows they never let the balance get too high with out badgering the hell out of me to pay. anyway the balance is 4 years old, they need to get over it. t mobile actually was a good price but thy removed cell towers in my city and the connection became crap. so I canceled. maybe i should sue them for all the dropped calls. It didnt work so I canceled it, tough sht.
