yesterday i received a voicemail from Mr Richard Smith stating that he is representing some attorneys in regards to a loan that i had in 2007 or 2008, so i called him back and it went to voicemail he also left me anthoer phone to call him back which is (6782425225) which caller id states Liburn GA...so i called that phone # and it went to the same voicemail, (i did not leave a msg)....This morning Mr Smith calls me again and said did someone call me i said i received a call from you yesterday he said well your phone # came up on my caller id, he said are u returning a call i said yes he then wanted to know if i had a case # said no...this lying ass motha fuc**r was not able to find anything so i hung up...he called back i let him talk to my husband and my husband let him have it...Mr Smith said that my loan was 500 and some change which is so incorrect my loan that i had was $200.00 which $80.00 has been paid back due to i call ACE to verify after i spke with MR smith....i told the loan ppl that this guys was calling me and hurrassing me and telling me that i own money...the loan ppl said that they dont call and once a loan is taking out an not paid back it goes on ur credit as a chharge off......so if any one gets a call from MR Smith hang up.....he is a scammmmmm broke [***] ................

receiving unwanted calls from a company called CCS ....capital credit solutions...wont give me their address...threatened arrest and jail for an unpaid payday loan in 2008.

My wife and I both received a call from this number saying that she was investigating fraud and that if she was not able to contact my daughter there was going to be a warrant placed in XXXX County for her arrest.  A threat.

did u really hace a payday loan in 2008 because someone is calling me from this number as well

Uses the title of Investigator to try to scare you this is some collection agency

this isn't a true collection agency! they are trying to get money! this lady called me and my mother last night saying a loan I had in 2008 resulted in fraud and if I didn't pay over the phone last night, I was going to jail. What people don't know is when you don't pay it or all back, it goes on your credit and they  charge it off their accounts. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY OVER THE PHONE! IF YOU DO, DO LIKE I DID, GIVE AN OLD VISA NUMBER THAT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR YEARS AND SEE IF THEY SAY ALL IS OKAY NOW.

I got some kind of call like that from some girl by the name of Jamie......She said about the same thing.. taking actions or some dumb thing......for a ss number and acct. number.. HA HA guess what......they arent getting me to call back......dorks they are and ought to be sued

OH ya that jamie girl didnt say what ss or account number..they really must be stupid thinking some of us are going to fall for such a stupid thing

I just received a call from this number also, but it was for my daughter i played like i were her and then proceeded with the call, first i got a gentleman name Goldstein on the line and he tried to make me make a payment arragement with him. he told me if i pay 309 to him he will see if his supervisor can do a hardship arrangedment with me. i told them that i will have to call them back later, they told me they are giving me until 5pm central time and then they will take it from there. they told me that i can be lock up for this. they first told me that it was a 300 back in May 2010 then when i said don't know about that, then they said sorry if i gave you wrong date it for july 2008. only thing i will tell anybody to be questionable like i was and don't give out information let them give it out. they uses ACE Loan company to get to you. because they know most everybody went there before, or they have a way of getting to ACE file.
