Some guy with a heavy Haitian accent calls and claims to be  Javier Pena, a special  DEA  agent working for the DEA and DA.  Claims he has evidence that I have been part of a multi trillion dollar drug smuggling crew that has been smuggling from the Dominican Republic to Atlanta Georgia.  He told me that the police were on their way to arrest me and take me to the Dominican Republic to be put on trial on Friday at 9am.  However, he said, I was very lucky because I was only the driver of the drug smuggling boat and probably didn't get a very good cut of the money. So then said he said he would tell the local police not to arrest me and free me of all the charges if I Western Union $2,500 to a special agent in the Dominican Republic.  He was serious too! He had my name and address and claimed to have my credit card numbers too-(which he rattled off a bunch of numbers that don't exist.)  I was so amazed by his story line I recorded the last few minutes of it and plan to post it on YouTube under "Worlds stupidest extortion criminal!"

Claimed to be a world policeman and said he had evidence that I've stolen diamonds from East Germany. According to this guy who claims to be  a knighted world policeman, my charges escalated in my escape when I skied down the Swiss  Alps into France, thus making me an world criminal.  However he said, the diamonds were all insured, and the diamond store isn't worried about the whole matter as long as I paid for the window I broke to enter and exit out of.  He then told me that I had to pay for the broken window and a world police fine for a grand total of $500.00.  Ah yes, and I do get to keep all the diamonds as a souvenir.  Finally, He  instructed me to pay the fine to the world police headquarters in the Dominican Republic using Pay Pal or Western Union.  That whole conversation was exhausting and the World Policeman was a pontificating bore. Calls like this never happened when I lived in Hungry. American con men are truly stupid.

Got a call from Secret Special Agent Pena who is an Global Spy Catcher. He made allegations that I have been stealing photographing Mexican and Chinese secrets and other sensitive material and sending it to François Papa Doc Duvalier in Haiti. (Silly me I thought  Papa Doc passed away years ago by getting hit by an ice cream truck) Anyway, I asked how I allegedly smuggled the secrets into Haiti, he replied, "You turned the microfilm into a trench coat and walked in the country without anyone noticing.  Then you stayed at the  Haiti Holiday Inn, WE HAVE PICTURES<, and drank a Tequila Manhattan with sunflower seeds...."      'CLICK'    I hung up.

"Officer Pena" worked for one of those on-line pharmacies and kept a list of clients he had a vendetta against.  Now he's getting revenge by exhorting them for money claiming that on-line pharmacies were illegal in the first place.  Quite actually, it is legal to buy pharmaceuticals on line, and the company he worked for actually had their medications sent out with a doctors name on it. But I think this guy is simply  looking to scam. Nevertheless,  JUST to make sure all this information I learned about him is indeed correct, I  contacted my own DA and the DEA as well as Secretary Chertoff  of the British law enforcements to see if  he is really a Knighted DEA DA agent. I am lucky enough to have a couple of recordings thanks to some of the people posting here.

Yes, Extreme Super Duper Special Agent Pena called me, too. Seems there is an international warrant for my arrest and I am to be extradicted to the Dominion Republic for purchasing a controlled substance on the internet. As I listened to his threats of years in federal prison in the DR AND the US, I walked to my next door neighbor's house. He is a federal agent. He googled the phone # this creep called from and we saw all these postings. I had the pleasure of telling Pena what he could do with his warrant.

Special Agent Pena contacted me and told me he had a warrant for my arrest and U.S. Marshals would be knocking on my door within minutes.  He said I was part of a 10 year investigation into the pharmaceutical industry and he had proof I had bought Viagra online in 2006.  He said I would be extradited to the Dominican Republic if I did not send him $3,800.00 via western union within the hour.

I CALLED THE FBI AND DEA.  I WAS TOLD THIS IS A SCAM!! THIS SCUM BAG NEEDS TO GET A REAL JOB, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HUSSLE HARD WORKING AMERICANS OUT OF $$. I HOPE THE REAL DEA AND/OR THE REAL SPECIAL AGENT PENA GETS THEIR HANDS ON THIS CLOWN.

I received two calls from Javier Penya regarding purchasing diet pills at a online pharmacy, that it was a federal offense and I'd go to jail. He's harassing me and threatening me with jail time and a large fine that could be paid "over the phone". The phone number he called from is 210-399-6781. SCAM!

I got the same call today. I have been getting voicemail messages for about a year now from someone who claimed to be a DEA agent. I finally answered one today and this guy, Javier Pena claimed to be a DEA agent. Badge number 98712. I recently researched this on google and found that these calls are a scam and that a real DEA agent will not ask for money to be sent over the phone. Or ask for personal information. I played along for a while and asked him some questions but he was very loud and had a thick accent. He also wanted to over talk me when I wanted to ask him questions. He threatened that someone was on their way to my house now from NY city to arrest me. He also said I was looking at jail time in the Dominican Republic. He said he could help me out if I was to pay a fine of between $1000 to $3800 either to NY city or to the Dominican. I told him that I would talk to my attorney, and he said I needed a federal attorney and it would cost me $20,000 but instead of that I could just pay the fine. I said I wanted a legal document sent tom me through the mail from the Dominican and he got really loud with me and said they won't do that. I told him than they will have to come and arrest me then and I heard him tell someone else in the room that,"she would rather go to jail than pay the fine". That's when I hung up on him.
