caller in florida on payphone, area code is atlanta though.

We begin getting calls from this # about 6PM every night for the last two weeks.  Rings twice or three times and stops.  If answered it disconnects.  We also receive the same type calls from the following #...678-245-4794,
678-367-0006, 678-367-0008 each evening.

How can I stop this problem?

I received 4 calls in a row from 616-980-2101, 678-367-0006, 678-367-0008 and 678-245-4801.  I did not answer any of them and did not receive any voice messages...

I received a voice message from a male telling me to call him at 458-9115. He did not leave an area code but I believe the area code was 850. My caller ID said the call was placed from 678-245-4801. I received this call at 4:04pm on June 21,2007. What is the 678 (an Atlanta area) code doing in the Pensacola area????

I got a call from this number too. However I know the person who made the call, it was friend from a payphone in Iowa. Odd, maybe it's a default number for the payphone company? I've received calls from this payphone before and usually it displays a different number (the actual number of the payphone with correct area code).

We got a call from this number after noon EDST on 1 July 2007, and the caller left no message.

I recieved a phone call this morning from 678-245-4794. I had no idea where this area code even was until I searched it online and found out it's a Georgia area code. I live no where near Georgia but I do believe I know who the caller is but I don't understand why it came up that number. The caller id displayed the call as "PAI" does anyone have any idea what that stands for?

getting calls to my cell phone from this same number... 678-245-4801... who is this? what do they want... they will not stop calling and don't leave a message...   when i call the number i get a message recording saying "the person i am trying to reach is not able to receive your call"...

is this number possibly coming up if someone uses a calling card??? maybe it is like vonage and uses available numbers at the time???  worth considering???

i was at work when i got the call. i couldn't answer it but there was no message. it's weird to see that this number has call many other people and the got the same response.

I got a call on my cellphone from this number. It sounded as if someone was trying to speak but the voice cut out. Then the caller apparently hung up and there was no attempt to call back. I found the number through a Google search.

Hmm I just got a call from the number here, kinda freaked me out.  I picked up, no response.  It called again, rinse and repeat, basically.  Oh well, it's kind of weird.  And the fact someone got the same number to call them 24 minutes ago...

Apparently China sells calling cards at VERY cheap rates using US area code 678, search it on google if you fear the link here is a fake but, alas do not worry it isn't.  Now, the only thing is why are we being called?

My girl friend called me she lives in houston TX but the number came up as GA

I live in Atlanta and my girlfriend called me from this number. It is a pay phone in north Atlanta at some gas station.
