I'm trying to rent a home from this person with this phone number he is asking for $1400.00 to move in a rental house, but before i send any money to this person i would like to know if this is  a scam, when he send e-mails to me he's not giving me his name or where i could reach him, can you please help me with this problem

He has done the same thing in emailing me. I'm sure it is a scam.  Im in south louisiana. Where is he offering the house for $1400?

This same person advertised a house for rent in Grand Prairie Tx for $700.00 a month.  The house is so perfect and I wonder how he could rent such a wonderful house so cheap.  He/she said they had to move to Ca. for a project and was unable to show the house. A form was sent to fill out. It sounded too good to be true. I did not fill out the form.

This is a scam he has a property now three bedrooms on trulia for $750 3 bed roomed. I did think was too good to be true. Called the number and it's a GOOGLE phone number.

I looked up the property he was trying to rent on the states free public records by the address.  It shows he is not the owner and then found this by searching his number.  Most states offer public records and you can look the address up to find the name of the owner.  Hopes this helps

I've been in contact with a guy using the same number, he has given me an address and a name though. However, when I look up the email he is contacting me through it shows several listings all over the place for him. Pretty sure it is it's a scam as well, considering the address he provided as his own is also a home up for sale under a real estate agent. Which makes me suspect it might be that agent doing it. Usually when something is too good to be true, it is, and the place I was looking at really was.

This IS a scam. I am sitting in my home now with a woman that has been in contact with this person regarding my home!! My home is for sale but he has listed it for rent for $700... This is a scam I repeat.. Do not send them any money...

Thanks for all the info he started texting me and hour ago about this home I was really hoping it wasn't a scam but I just had to Google the number and I'm so glad I did.

So I did get a name after conversing via text messages. I spotted a 3bd 3bath for under $750 and was pretty rushed to send money if I liked the house and was ready. I was told to send money via money gram etc... Talked over with my husband who was interested as hell but then started doing research and cane across this. I would like to know if anyone was told the same name I was given...

Regardless.  This is a scam.  Never send money by untraceable financial instruments to strangers.   Never try to rent property without seeing it in person.   If you want to rent property in a local area, contact an established real estate broker and pay by ordinary traceable financial instruments.  Never pay by cash.  At least RE brokers are licensed by the state and have a brick and mortar presence. Money grams are essentially untraceable.

(678) 322-8107 this number is from a scammer, who is trying to rent properties that are for sale.
one of the homes is right across from my house, i spoke to the realtor , the home is not for rent.

He tried the same song and dance with me today. This time the house is in Pulaski, TN.

Look at the gaps in the dates for one possible answer, along with the chance of a dummy number. Contact them, but don't expect much for that reason. The wrong person could get the blame when they're actually innocent.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase

He tried scamming me too in WI! I called him out on his bs though thank god that this chat is up!
