caller left message saying that my name and ss # had been detected by them as being used for fraud in accordance with bank of america. i will be contacting bank of america to let them know of what is going on and to give them all the info about this person. also will report to us district attorney.

i had a guy call from the same place saying the same thing except he threatned to charge me with a felony.  In Oklahoma that is Illegal, he also gave all my personal info to someone else that I did not authorized he to do so.  Someone who i never told him about and is not a family member.  That too is illegal.

THIS CALL SAID THEY HAD MY SS# AND IT ABOUT A FRAUD

I just got a message from a Mr. Edmond(s) saying that I am being investigated. I called back and gave my first name and asked what organization he was calling from and he refused to tell my anything until I gave him my last name. I refused to give him my last name until he told me what organization he was calling from. After a little back and forth he told me to expect a subpoena in the mail?? For what?? Personally I'm not worried about receiving a subpoena cuz I'm a good hardworking individual and I've done nothing wrong. I think this is a scam of some sort. He doesn't know who he's effin with lol!

My friend & I are calling this number, just out of curiosity.

This guy is is from HZB Financial.  Took some time to search them out on the web tonight.  They are a collection agency - very aggressive - seeking payment - in my instance, for a unpaid payday loan.  Biggest concern, a lot of these firms get the account from the original creditor, and don't report payment.  Then the account just gets sold to another collection agent.

HZB Financial - do your research.  They are real and they are real aggressive.  Illegally aggressive.  He left several messages on my machine stating that he has my social in a Fraud case and needs my statement.  Get's me on the phone and threatens the heck out of me for an unpaid payday loan.  We'll see what happens.  I don't have the money.  Their web site says  "HZB believes strongly in its motto of “mediation, not confrontation” and it is reflected in our professional manner, tone on the telephone and ability to get issues resolved."  And the next page says " HZB will perform any services required in an attempt to resolve an outstanding account.  HZB uses all of the modern electronic collection tools while relying on
the old fashioned ideas that hard work and fair treatment garner the best results.HZB is prepared to make every collection effort possible on behalf of our clients. "   Sharks   and  [***]  ! ! !

BTW after 2 weeks I still have not received that subpoena lol...I'll keep you posted.

I just received pretty much the same voicemail from Mr. Edmunds stating in the voicemail that my SSN has been included in some fraud and he hopes that I have legal representation.  He also states in his voicemail that he has tried to contact me several times, but this is the first time I have ever received a call from this phone number or by this person.

Should I call him back?  Sounds like it's bogus to me!

Still no subpoena........I'll let you guys know if anything happens.

This guy called me early as hell from this number telling me i was being charged with defrauding a payday company...when i told him to give me his name and the name of the company so my lawyer could call him back he began to yell and scream and curse and REFUSE to give me any information.....after about 3 minutes of him threatening me and trying to get me to give him my ss# i hung up....oh well i will not be threatened and harassed esp if you can't provide me your info

Ok, so we did go online and get a loan but everything one can do is online nowadays so you pretty much have no leg to stand on. If someone is doing something illegal, yes one can state their grievances. If you don't have one....WHY ARE YOU ON HERE? Oh, so you must work for HZB or something?

Ok..Just got a call from this guy saying that I was under investigation and I needed to contact him on this matter to get it resolved. Only problem is, he said a totally different name on my answer machine!! So when I tried to explain to him that he had the wrong number he got all pissy and asked for my SS#. Who is that crazy?!?1 I don't know you and why the hell would I give my social to a stranger... Crazy F***ERS!!!
