I got the Albatross Marketing and the 678 number on my caller ID a few days ago from a call coming from Europe (Holland).  It was from my snake of an ex-husband, which previously always came up UNKNOWN NAME.  I'm pretty sure he called me back via computer hook up, I know he uses something that's free   & it has to do with his computer.  I'll be talking with him tomorrow & ask him.  I just had to Google it because I had never seen Albatross Marketing when the ex called & what's even stranger, is that 678 is MY zip code.  I'll post back tomorrow after I talk to "the snake".

i got a call from albatross marketing saying i won 1000 dollars in an online shopping spree. it was from my area code also.

okay...so after reading this it is VERY awkward...well more than it already was...I have my own business & when I answer I say my company name , then my name...then the line goes dead, I call the number back & it says my call can not be completed as dialed, I just press re-dial from entry number on my phone...this is very strange, but it seems that we have different experiences....I hope to find out more info....definitely will be checking back for more info....

We just got a call from Albatross Marke.
I suspect this is the same. My area includes 678 prefix.
I did not answer because that is such a weird name.

Called me a few times. I answered it and some indian guy who barley spoke English says I won a 1000 dollar online shopping spree... Hmmm No thanks there has to be a catch. Also called from 585-563-9901. They are still calling me after I told them not to.

Guy was trying to sell XANAX and Hydrocodone and weight loss pills...they are phone phishers:

I recieve the call from marke albatross 678-374-4445 at 7:15 pm on 07-01-2008.  The phone rang only two times and stopped.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM ALBATROSS MARKE 678 374 4445 OR 4444. WHEN I REDIAL I GET A MESSAGE SAYING THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED EVEN WHEN THE Y JUST CALLED ME.

I HAVE NEVER ANSWERED IT.  IT IS ANNOYING WHEN YOU THINK SOMEONE CALLED LOOKING FOR SOME SERVICE YOU PROVIDE BUT IS JUST SOMEONE CALLING TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

I got a call from whoever this person is last night, I picked up cause I wasn't sure if I knew the person or not.
The person somehow knew my name and asked for me. Then he just started saying a lot of rude things to me. I hung up on the guy, and he called back and left a voicemail continuing to say these rude things.

I live in NY and i've been getting nonstop calls from 518-478-6556 and 518-478-6557. Rings once and no one is there. It's a local number and my area code. No idea who this is.

678-374-4445, "Albatross Marke", they never leave a voice message.  This is one of my local area codes (678) but I don't answer it.  I pay for caller ID so I can screen my calls.  We are on the "Do Not Call" list and pay additional monthly charges for non-published numbers (not just un-listed through 411 information directory) to try and cut down on unneccessary ringing in our home since we are day sleepers.
