yeah, because the IRS now has Indian telemarketers call and tell you about lawsuits rather then sending government mail; really convincing guys…  Oh, and they hang up immediately if you say that you are homeless or if you ask if the IRS now works over the phone instead of the mail.

Called saying I'm being sued by the IRS

A man calling reporting he was from the irs staying the Washington police dept was headed to pick me up at my house today if I did not pay $4999 due to an audit they conducted. I told the man it sounded like a scam and I was going to call the irs directly. I heard some moaning. And told him what was that.  Then he said I am sitting in front of this gentlemen and he is masturbating as we speak. I was disgusted and hung up. Do not answer this call!!! It is a scam!!!!!!!

Claimed to be the IRS call was a recording stating I was being sued by the IRS this was my last chance to resolve this issue. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!!!

This is a scam! And believe you me, if the IRS wants something from you, they will not file a lawsuit. They can just TAKE IT!!! Ha!!
