Caller identified "himself" as "NSpire Atlanta."  Wanted to speak with Mrs.  Took 30 seconds to get phone to her; they hung up before she could answer.  I did some research: Origin seems to be an Atlanta-based bogus charity calling itself "Clothing Pickup" or "NSpire Atlanta," using many telephone numbers (according to caller ID) of the form 678-405-xxxx where xxxx includes 3220, 3227, 9620, 9623, 9624, 9634, 9639, 9648, 9652, 9653, 9656, 9657, and 9661.  An Atlanta news station has exposed this organization as a fake charity, donating only a very small percentage of its profits to real charities.  They are thought to have two current addresses:  1455 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lawrenceville 30044 and 4150 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn 30047.  A telephone number that accesses one of these addresses is 678-298-2073.  This fake charity is also believed to be associated with another group calling itself "Park Avenue Thrift Store."

Please note that we have around 25,000 people who commit to donate, clothes and household items per month. About 1/2 of the work force between callers and truck drivers are our clients. They want to do a good job. Sometimes a ball gets dropped, or their PR skills are not world-class. We are giving them an opportunity, a hand "up."

Yet another soundalike shill post in an Nsprire thread. This is one of seven number threads spammed within 35 minutes tonight. Absolutely amazing how these "testimonials" come full of heart-tugging tales of rescued degenerates and gushing praise for Lord Kennard, trying so hard to justify the annoyance of multiple daily beggar calls that will not ever stop without a Certified mailed notice if not a lawsuit.

Never give donations to a stranger who calls you. Might be a scammer. Might be a legit independent fund raiser who keeps 99% for themselves and sends 1% to the charity. Best to donate directly to the charity so they will get 100% of your donation.

This company isnt just scamming people and keeping 99% of the profit, infact they throw more than half of the donations made to them straight in one of there 5 dumpsters. And as far as donation tgo the homeless, they want even let them take something out of one of these dumpsters that they were throwing away anyway much less donate to them. This store is running a much bigger scam than just keeping 99% profit off donations. Their store in Lilburn Ga. is staffed with almost all illegal immigrants that do not even have ids.(except for the truck drivers of course). For that matter 1 sets in the back of the store all day collecting anything that people donate that is metal in his pickup truck. I know for fact has no papers no drivers liscence. This is where your childs donated bike is going. Not to a deserving child! Dont know how to report them but someone needs to to immigration! Alot of jobs that could be filled by people who are legit going to wast for people that will work for cheaper. If your not spanish your not getting a job inside this store. Something a lot bigger than just cheating people going on here!  

The donations go to pay for homeless and domestic violence families get back om there feet. Pay for college, rent, food, counseling, transportation.
