I keep getting calls from this number too.  I have no idea but it is an Atlanta Georgia area code.  I just don't ever answer them.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past week. I never answer, and they never leave a message. I believe "J Lew" about the Home Depot survey, as we just had work done by them. Some of the calls are almost intrusively late at night--last night I was already in bed when my phone rang.

Received  call tonight from this number but no one answered. I also had some work done by Home Depot last week so it may be them calling.

called 3 times in one day,no one on line. I also had work done by home depot within the last week.

I also had work done by home depot about 3 weeks ago, and this number started calling about 2 weeks ago.  I havne't answered it and they never leave a message.

Have not answered, but also had Home Depot work.  Likely a customer follow-up survey.

had carpet installed by home depot on feb 6 and just got a call, though didn't answer.......probably customer survey from reading the other posts

also had carpet installed by home depot last week and started getting calls today (6:33pm and 8:51pm) from this number without them leaving a message.

I keep receiving calls from 1-678-556-7409. I called back on a pay phone and got this: "Hello you reached an unattended voicemail. If you have received a call from this number, it is from the Home Depot headquarters in Atlanta Georgia asking you to complete a brief survey on the installation project you recently purchased at Home Depot."

So YES, this is Home Depot spamming us on our cell phones. Complain like Hell people!!!!

"Georgia 678-556-7409" appeared on our Caller ID.  We were not at home and they did not leave a message.  Home Depot recently completed a Storm Door installation at our home.

Now this makes sense.. I had windows shutters installed by (a sub-contractor of) Home Depot about 2 weeks ago. I have never picked up my (cell) phone and they never leave messages. The calls are getting more frequent and later and later at night.

Same here...had a kitchen installed in Dec/Jan, and this is my first call from 678-556-7409.  when i picked up, no one was there...so what do we do about reporting them?

Received unwanted call from this number - returned the call to find that it was Home Depot. The recording informed me that I would be receiving another phone call to 'complete a customer satisfaction survey.' The recording also state that I was unable to leave a message at this number. I would have like to place myself on their 'do not call' list.

I just got one at 5:12pm and one yesterday at 8:04pm. I didn't answer either one, but after reading this post, it makes sense that it would be the Home Depot follow up survey. I just had carpet put in 1 week ago. I had a refrigerator delivered last month, and got the same survey call. I was in the car at the time and answered it. It was a fairly brief survey but I found it really annoying. All these "on a scale of one to ten" questions. She even asked me to rate the delivery guys' appearance. I declined to answer that one. I mean come on, they are delivery guys! They got the fridge set up just fine, no complaints. I didn't check out what they were wearing!

Anyway, I'll probably just answer it next time, and decline the survey because I find it annoying. However, you can't blame them for a little follow-up call. After all, the installers are contractors, not Home Depot employees. Those Home Depot installation jobs are probably really good jobs to have. They have to keep tabs on them. Besides, if you have any complaints at all, this gives you a way to provide feedback. It's not telemarketing and it is NOT unsolicited. You have done business with this company. They have every right to call you. Just answer the phone and say, "No, thank you." if you'd rather not bother. It's better than having them keep calling you and not leaving a message. I DO wish they would at least leave a message AND have proper caller ID for that number, though.

I got a call but couldn't answer it.  I didn't call it back.  I had some carpet laid by Homeless Depot two days ago so....
